The apartment decor is lovely. The beds are comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and efficient. I appreciated that they tended to the maintenance issue quickly. The apartment had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our stay. Their support team was amazing.
Nothing too serious that wasn't addressed with their amazing support team, who immediately sorted out the issues. I suspect there was limited time between the last checkout and our check-in, but they did their best. Check-in was smooth, and we appreciated their hospitality.

Servizi davvero terribili.
