Good location, but the apartment needs to be cleaned properly and the shower mixer tap fixed

The location suited our purpose.

The apartment was not clean. There were sticky patches on the floor. There were dirty dishes in the cupboard, the lights above the dining area didnt work. The entrance is a little awkward. The handle on the shower tap was missing.

Négligence, arnaque?, fatigue, déception et surtout l'impression d'une arnaque

L'hôte était absent et sans contact à notre arrivée: Impossible de trouver le lieu et les moyens d'accès; Nous avons dû dormir à l'hôtel et avons prévenu Booking.com où "jon" nous a promis de nous rembourser. Le lendemain l'hôte s'étant manifesté, nous n'avons pu nous garer, la place étant occupée par un autre véhicule. Sur place le commutateur de lumière au plafond de la petite chambre ne marchait pas.................

Appartamento molto grande e spazioso con un terrazzo mozzafiato, anche la zona era bella e molto silenziosa. Letti abbastanza comodi

Purtroppo molto sporca,sia le lenzuola che i pavimenti, le luci non andavano, molte volte non riuscivamo a spegnerle, la doccia piena di calcare e il lavandino della cucina era intasato e usciva puzza di fogna, il calorifero in camera da letto faceva rumore tutta la notte, e armadi pieni di polvere. È un peccato perché l'appartamento è veramente bello, sarebbe da aggiustare queste cose.

La vue, La terrasse, bel appartement, parking

Hôte ignorant, nous sommes arrivés à la destination mais on avait aucunes instructions, on devait appeler l’hôte pour qu’ils nous dise “désolé j’ai oublié de vous envoyer le message” les instructions n’étaient pas claires du tout et même fausses, le départ se fait à 10h et l’arrivée à 18h!!! Soit un intervalle de 8h pour “nettoyer l’appartement”, malgré cela, il manquait du papier hygiénique, serviettes pour visage, liquide linge (il y’a une machine à laver mais l’hôte dis que l’appartement ne fournit pas de liquide linge…?) saleté incroyable (matelas, couvertures, rideaux pleins de taches), la savonnerie est presque vide, le papier pareil, le liquide vaisselle liquéfié, on a demandé la fourniture des choses qui manquaient mais sans aucune suite, l’hôte a simplement ignoré le message

On pouvait pas entrer avant 18h c'est super tard pour la journée! Pas clair info sur le location des clés. Il n'y avait pas des draps pour le canapé si on voulait dormir la bas, on avait un enfant, 5 personne total. Il y'avait seulement moitié de papier toilette! Il y'avait une petite sac poubelle et pas de poubelle pour mettre dedans. Vraiment minimum de tout.

Joli appartement mais avec un important manque d'entretien

La situation, la vue mer et la terrasse.

Malheureusement l'entretien laisse à désirer, aussi bien au niveau des équipements (cafetière, aucune porte ne ferme, chauffage salle de bain ne fonctionne pas, défauts électriques au niveau des éclairages) qu'au niveau hygiène (oreillers hors d'âge, poussière, ...)

Le niveau de propreté n’est pas digne dune location booking.

Emplacement Parking Dernier étage

Le logement présentait trop de traces de saleté : canapé, coussin, sdb, mur, rideau, lit, murs pleins de traces louches, chaise, brosse pour la vaisselle, théière inutilisable, lunette des toilettes pas adaptée car plus petite que la cuvette. La liste est longue. Très peu de vaisselle. Pleins de placards mais les 3/4 sont vides.

L'appartement est très bien situé et très confortable. Il est également très lumineux et il ne manque rien. Je recommande.

parfaitement équipé et avec parking à 2 pas de Nice, de la plage et des transports en comm

L'emplacement, la place de parking, la terrasse, la vue, la luminosité,les équipements, la proximité de Nice et des transports en communs et de la plage.

Le bruit infernal et constant des voisins très tôt le matin dans la chambre côté salle de bain. Impossible de dormir au delà de 7h, c'est un peu rude.
