Perfect location:15 mins from the train station, 15mins to the University of Bologna, 3 mins to supermarket and closed to the central of the city. Perfect facilities: the room has everything I need, a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a washer, living part with a nice sofa.
A firm mattress will be better.

ロケーションは最高です。旧市街に近く、仕事できていたのでコンベンションセンターへもバスで1本。清潔でベッドも広く、セキュリティも安心できるものでした！
特にありませんが、あえていうなら、塩コショウ、オリーブオイルくらいの調味料、サランラップがあると自炊しやすいです。

The apt was spotless clean. Great shower. Lovely little outdoor terrace.Having the Washing machine was great. Great instructions from Riccardo on how to get to and enter apt. Very quick responses on some questions I had. Would definitely stay again.
Nothing wrong in particular. If I had to be very particular, there was no liquid soap for the washing machine. And I would recommend a welcome document. How to get the wifi, how to open shutters Etc. Would save me having to txt Riccardo with questions.
