There were 2 flights of stairs to carry our bags up. However a very helpful young man carried them down when we left!

The apartment’s location is fantastic and we really enjoyed the cosy balcony. They have a WhatsApp number for quick responses to any queries and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast is delivered directly to your room which is a nice. The air conditioning works well.

The price doesn’t quite match the quality of the apartment. We paid almost €300 per night. The rooms are quite old and they only provided a small shampoo sachet for three days. We requested more but it was never given. The same was true for the towels; we asked for an extra one for our baby but they removed several. The breakfast was also disappointing, nothing special. They could reduce plastic use in the room. For example, shampoo and gel could be stored in a large bottle by the shower rather than single-use plastic. Similarly, plastic cups for breakfast should be avoided. Getting to the apartment involves a set of stairs which can be a bit of a chore.

Location, location, location, It is in the center of town, just next door to the Piazza Tasso. Everything that we need to do is within walking distance.

this place is extremely well located, directly on the piazza. The room was exceptionally large, including a good-sized ante room and large bathroom. The staff were friendly.

The room was very sparsely decorated. There is no lift and quite a few stairs to climb. Based on the rates we paid at half dozen other nice hotels in the area, this place is significantly over-priced. The "value for money" was quite low.
