Everything was fantastic! Nice breakfast delivered in the room. The room itself (Excelsior Room) had two balconies facing the central square and another street, with partial ocean view on both balconies!
The only little thing to mention was that the AC seemed quite weak. But since you could open two separate balcony-doors, I was able to get a nice draught going.

The staff was incredibly friendly and communication was constantly super clear and very informative. We had an amazing girls trip and definitely loved the location as it was perfect and right in the center. Such an amazing hotel for a great trip.

The location was perfect, right at the center of Sorrento and close to everything! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, pretty, the view was nice.

this place is extremely well located, directly on the piazza. The room was exceptionally large, including a good-sized ante room and large bathroom. The staff were friendly.
The room was very sparsely decorated. There is no lift and quite a few stairs to climb. Based on the rates we paid at half dozen other nice hotels in the area, this place is significantly over-priced. The "value for money" was quite low.
