Palazzo Martinelli

Las instalaciones son una maravilla, todo está cuidado al detalle, con un ambiente cómodo y nuevo. La ubicación es excelente. Se puede llegar al hotel tanto desde la estación de tren como desde el puerto (aunque desde este último hay un tramo a pie por calles algo incómodas y hay que utilizar el ascensor del puerto). El desayuno es muy completo y de gran calidad, y además se disfruta con unas vistas espectaculares al Vesubio.

Un detalle muy menor, pero como persona a la que no le gusta el sabor del agua con gas, me dio la impresión de que las botellas se reutilizan indistintamente para agua natural y con gas, lo que hace que el agua natural acabe cogiendo ese sabor.

The room is large with lots of natural light and very modern finishes. The bathroom well equipped and very contemporary and EVERYTHING IMMACULATE. I was warmly welcomed by the very capable and knowledgeable staff. Roberto and his team stayed in touch leading up to my stay to make sure someone would be present to welcome my arrival and to make sure I knew how to find the property. All the time I was there staff was keeping the public areas impressively clean. My room was made up promptly every morning with attention to every detail. Special mention to Ariana who was there every morning to serve a delicious breakfast on the stunningly roof terrace with outstanding views. I will return and will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

Our room was right next to the breakfast room and the noise woke us every morning. We had to be up early every day anyway so that was fine but had we been there for a more relaxing trip I would have asked to be moved rooms
