Communication before and during the stay was wonderful. You couldn’t have found a more convenient location to the train station or city central. It was perfect! We were able to easily take breaks from walking around and there was even a mini market just a few steps away. Staff were all very kind and friendly. The hotel was comfortable and clean.
Check out was a bit confusing. The elevator had containers of produce taking up most of the space when we left and there was no one at the desk for check out. We waited a little over 10 minutes and had to leave.
Not that these affected anything but the entrance door is a bit slow in opening. I did like that it was very clear where to go though. Also, it seemed like even though I set the room to do not disturb, the preference would disappear if we left the room. Not a big deal to me but I didn’t want to trouble staff with having to clean our room for just 2 days.

Amazing location in Sorrento close to train station. Ideal for day trips to Napoli, Pompei, and into the Amalfi. We are cyclists so a good breakfast in the am was great to get going. Staff were helpful and polite. They let us keep our bikes outside of the room safely. Excellent people and room.
The elevator was out of commission for our full week. Made getting up and down a bit trying. We were on second floor and four flights of stairs from street level to room. Was very difficult on check in and check out with stuff. It is an old building which has charm so has only one elevator. If you have mobility issues (which we don't) check to see if elevator is working or someone available to help with bags.

Beautiful hotel – the rooms are stunning and very stylishly designed, and the jacuzzi on the terrace creates an amazing atmosphere. The level of service is truly comparable to a 5-star hotel: warm, attentive and extremely professional. It is clear that the comfort of the guests is a real priority here.
Fantastic people and a beautiful place. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Katya was very helpful in addressing our queries. Excellent service is paramount in any hotel experience for us. The property is central in its location and the area is quite secure.
On the day we arrived. The elevator broke down and we had to bring our 4 very heavy luggages up to the 3rd and 4th floors. And inasmuch Katya wanted to help, she had a medical condition. It was a frustrating incident
