We had a lovely time in the hotel. Everything was absolutely exceptional. Location is perfect to reach everything and still not too noisy. Breakfast was delicious and always plenty of everything… even shortly before closing time. Every member of staff was very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay memorable.
There was absolutely nothing we would say that would need to be changed.

The hotel was very nice and sorry to complain ... except that the pool and sky bar were not open (renovations), and this was my no. 1 reason for choosing it! This was extremely frustrating and it did spoil things for us as the weather was very nice at times. I asked at the desk, and the receptionist told me the information was on the Plaza website. But of course I checked the website immediately and it still said the pool and bar were open. They were also advertised inside and outside the hotel. It was not until a couple of days later a notice appeared in the lift to say they were both closed. This information should have been given to booking.com way before, and then they should have let me know in case I wished to cancel.
