I recently stayed at Hotel Plaza in Sorrento, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything about the hotel felt first class.
I have honestly never seen a hotel so clean—ever. The level of cleanliness throughout the entire property was exceptional, with staff constantly and discreetly cleaning and maintaining every area. It really stood out and gave a great sense of comfort and care.
All of the staff were incredibly pleasant, friendly and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Our room was spacious, modern and very comfortable. The only minor drawback—if you could even call it that—was that our room did not have a balcony or a view. However, this did not take away from the overall experience at all.
We would highly recommend Hotel Plaza to anyone visiting Sorrento and would not hesitate to stay again.

Location is perfect, walking distance to city center, train station and pier. Staff is nice, though room is a little small but in Sorrento standard it’s ok. Will come back again definitely

Had a brilliant time visiting for my 40th birthday. Hotel was conveniently located and had an amazing roof top bar giving great views of Sorrento and coast. Staff and service excellent, rooms and hotel very clean. Highly recommended
