Beautiful renovation. The property was the perfect location to walk into the centre of Sorrento. Even though we were on the first floor, we still had a lovely little view. All the staff were lovely and it was a pleasure to stay.
Our suitcases took a little while to arrive in our room but I wouldn’t say this is something I didn’t like. Just something that could be improved.

Outstanding in every way. You’ll pay for it, but everything is expensive in Sorrento. It was first class. I’d stay again!

Great hotel. Modern, clean and well located. Fantastic pool.
Attitude of staff somewhat aloof at times.

Great location very central concierge was extremely helpful
Limited breakfast options pancakes french toast or a menu - bar could have had more options for example sprite was not stocked
