We had an absolutely amazing stay at Palazzo Tritone & Abagnale and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
A huge thank you to Alessandro at reception, who went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to answer our questions and offer great local recommendations.
A special mention also to Anna at reception, who was so kind, professional, and accommodating. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she always greeted us with a smile.
Another big thank you to Anna, the breakfast host, who made every morning such a pleasure. She was warm, attentive, and ensured we had everything we needed to start our day.
The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location of the hotel was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and do, making it easy to explore Sorrento on foot.
The exceptional service from the staff truly made this stay unforgettable. We will definitely be returning and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Palazzo Tritone & Abagnale to anyone visiting Sorrento. Thank you all for making our holiday so special!

Location is brilliant, you are close to Piazza Tasso, restaurants, train station & marina. Nice Breakfast. Anna was outstanding and went above & beyond…nothing was to much trouble. All staff friendly & supper helpful.

LOCATION EXCELLENT.
STAFF WAS HELPFUL.
MAIN BUILDING PHOTO REPRESENTS WRONGLY AS ENTRY IS THROUGH A SMALL DOOR AND THEN STAIRS.
AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH BOOKING.COM AS WELL BECAUSE AS THEIR PRIME CUSTOMER, I TRUSTED THEM AND THIS HOTEL DEFINITELY DO NOT QUALIFY FOR MORE THAN A 2* RATING WHILE ON BOOKING.COM , IT SHOWS **** EQUIVALENT WHICH IS A GROSS MISLEAD/MISTAKE.
ROOMS ARE SMALLER AND BEDS UNCOMFORTABLE.
REALLY DISAPPOINTED ON MY 3 NIGHTS STAY IN SORRENTO.
I WILL BE MORE CAREFUL IN TRUSTING BOOKING.COM * RANKINGS OF PROPERTY IN FUTURE.
