The room was spacious, well decorated and comfortable. We travelled to Sorrento in June where temperatures reached 35+ degrees and it was always a god send to get back to the room with the air conditioning! It meant we were able to relax after days of exploring. The staff are an absolute credit to this hotel. The receptionist / manager was always so kind and helpful, always smiling, greeting us or simply answering our questions. The cleaner was also friendly and would leave our room spotless everyday. The location is central to everything you'd want to do in Sorrento. You're in the heart of the town area so you're in very close proximity to the shops and restaurants. The beach is around a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel, and the Marina is around 10-15 (though it's a bit of a trek down to it).

Since you're right in the town you have restaurants literally on your doorstep. Our balcony overlooked a big outdoor seating area for a restaurant. Every morning we'd be woken up by the very loud sound of metal poles being clanged together for up to an hour. We later realised it was the restaurant setting up their tables every day (there were a lot!). On days where we were up early for excursions (6-7am) it wasn't so bad, but whenever we wanted a lazier morning we'd get woken up without fail between 7-8am. At an otherwise lovely stay this was our only actual issue and could be fixed with ear plugs or a bit of soundproofing! Aside from that we only had two minor issues which are more just nit-picking. We paid extra to try get a room with a sauna. We got one but we couldn't get to work. We later checked with the staff and they explained it just didn't work which was a shame. I'd still say the price was worth it. Compared to other hotels in Sorrento, this hotel charged less and offered more! The only other thing is we didn't expect the hotel to be three floors up. After a long day of non-stop walking in relentless heat the last thing we wanted to do was climb up to our room, especially on arrival when we had to haul our luggage up the stairs. However, this is less of an issue and more of an unexpected thing. If you have accessibility issues I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Very nice apartment in the heart of Sorrento. About 10 mins walk from the train station and about 10-15 mins walk to the marina if you are catching ferries to other places along the Amalfi Coast. It is located on a cute street with restaurants, shops, and gelaterias. Although the street is bustling until late at night, the apartment is well insulated. The apartment was clean, well maintained, with a fridge, coffee maker, tea kettle, and with fresh towels every day.

This is by far the best apartment I have stayed in here in Italy The host was amazing to deal with and extremely helpful The attention to detail throughout the apartment and treats that the host had left for us was a lovely surprise You cannot go wrong with booking this property located in the heart of the Old Town. Highly recommend
