I had an amazing stay at Suites 21 in Sorrento. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, even meeting me right on time and taking the time to give a thorough introduction to the place. The room was beautifully renovated and spotless, just like new. The fridge was stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks, and there was even a welcome bottle of wine on the table, which was such a lovely touch.The large TV right in front of the bed made it super easy to relax and enjoy YouTube and Netflix. I loved being able to adjust the motorized shutters to control the light, all while enjoying the stunning views of the mountains and lemon trees outside the window.There was a private bathroom, plus a bathtub right by the bed where I could soak away the day's tiredness. The room was thoughtfully stocked with all kinds of little conveniences, making everything really comfortable. While there’s no kitchen, the wine glasses, water cups, coffee machine, microwave, and electric kettle meant I had everything I needed.Room cleaning was done daily, keeping the place fresh and tidy throughout my stay. The high-speed Wi-Fi was excellent and perfect for handling some online work. The bed and thick comforter were so cozy—I slept really well every night.The location is about a 10-15 minute walk to Sorrento town center, which is great because it’s close enough to explore easily but still quiet and peaceful since it’s a little off the main streets. I hadn’t expected much from my Sorrento trip, but the beautiful town and my stay at Suites 21 doubled the enjoyment of my visit. I highly recommend this place!

Temizlik, banyo malzemeleri, mini bar ve konum çok iyi idi.
Yatak ve banyo mobilyaları ergonomik değildi. Odanın dizaynı doğru yapılmamış. Neredeyse odanın yarısını kaplayan anlamsız bir küvet konulmuş. Yatak normalden çok yüksekti ve bütün gece gıcırdıyordu. Görevliyi yatağın gıcırdadığına ikna edemedim. Ayrıca booking.com’daki fotoğraflara baktığımda buranın bir apart otel olduğunu düşünmüştüm ama gördüm ki bir apartmanın bir dairesini alıp 4 oda yapmışlar ve kiralıyorlar. Yani fotoğraflarda resepsiyon gibi görünen masada kimse olmuyor. Yol boyunca sürekli saat kaçta geleceğimiz soruldu ben de buna anlam verememiştim. Anladım ki gün içinde ya da gece bir görevli bulunmuyor. Biraz ilginç bir deneyim oldu bizim için.
