B&B Mario Relais

Firstly, the host Margrita was lovely, is very knowledgeable and every recommendation she gave to us to do in Sorrento ended up being our highlight and the best food we had. She is extremely accomodating and you can’t fault her at all. Breakfast was amazing, we got fresh croissants from a bakery in town each day, fresh fruits from her garden(delicious) and hot food was prepared as well. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The room was large, bathroom was clean and modern. Bed was comfortable - no complaints. Room was equipped with a mini fridge which seems to be uncommon in across Europe.

There is approx a 10-12 minute walk into the city centre (12 minutes on the way back due to the incline ) however we preferred being slightly out of the hustle and bustle !

A wonderful guesthouse. Perfect in every respect. Lovely location, comfortable well appointed large room, wonderful host, Margrita. Margrita recommended three local restaurants and the best beach club, all fantastic. Great breakfast included. Only 3 rooms so you really felt like a special guest and friend. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Beautiful property. Perfect location for us. Just outside the town center to be out of the crowd but really easy walk to be right in the thick of things. Owner and host Margrita is such a warm and welcoming person.

Beautifully presented, impeccably clean, spacious room. Host is extremely engaging and knowledgeable about the town and region.

Not specific to the property, Sorrento is very scenic and in our opinion way better and better value for money than Amalfi and Positano. But all 3 have very little shelter in the port areas to protect from the heat of the sun and rain when queuing for boats.
