Perfect location for what we required.
Everything you need is available.
Easy to find.
Good size drive way.
Comfortable bed.
The back door lock was faulty.
It’s clean and tidy but not overly clean.
A little on the expensive side.
The front bedroom can be loud during the night but has to be expected on a busy road.

It just wasn't super clean. It was clean like when a friend has you to stay and has cleaned up but not hotel / Air bnb clean. Some stains on the sheets, the cups and plates in the kitchen were dirty, bits in the bathroom were stained and just not as clean as is ideal.
The bedding was velvet! Kinda crazy in a heat wave. Just simple cotton would be ideal.
It is very noisy in the front bedroom as it is on a main road.
Given the heat it might be nice to have some fans in the room.

Location was perfect. Nature reserve across the road, park 20mins walk away up Wells Road, free childrens activities 20min walk away on Airport Road. Great connections. Tesco Extra 5 mins walk away. Cycle routes. Just brilliant. Parking space off road at the front of the house really useful.
Comfy chairs in the lounge, comfy beds. Garden dining table and 4 chairs really useful in this summer weather. Shower was good.
Keypad entry meant not having to look after keys.
Decor could do with a refresh.

It's a good size for 2 people. Parking on site with a small garden, which was great for our dog. Also great walk nearby.
I hate to say this, but I just found everything a bit tired looking. We paid over £300 for 2 nights and I expected a little bit more for my money.
