Appartement dans l'hyper centre

A great location- very near both the Palais des Papes and the restaurants and bars on the Place de l’Horloge . The apartment is very spacious and clean and we felt very much at home. The owners are extremely welcoming and helpful. During our stay they went out of their way to help with a problem we encountered (nothing to do with the apartment).

The apartment was like going to my parents home with vintage furniture, family pictures and books. The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible by elevator or stairs. It was a wonderful way to discover all of Provence and we stayed for 24 days using it as our base. It is located in old Avignon next to the Palace of the Popes. With a little research great restaurants are nearby. The Museum of the Popes and the Calvet museums are world class. The trains made visits to nearby cities and wineries a breeze. Our hosts were over the top in making our stay wonderful.

The host was super helpful, assisting us with parking as we had a vehicle that was not suited to the usual parking spaces. They were available when I contacted them. Definitely worth the stay.

The location is excellent just around the corner from the Palais des Papes and Musee du petit Palais. A lovely restaurant a few meters from the front door and many more just a stroll down the street. The size of the apartment is large and very comfortable, especially when it was raining heavily outside, we could relax inside. We loved the unique decor and artwork.
