Appartamento accogliente e ben arredato, fornito di tutto il necessario per trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno.

Posizione della caldaia poco funzionale: essendo montata sulla parete della cucina, confinante con la camera da letto proprio in corrispondenza della testata, il rumore del riscaldamento acceso disturba il sonno durante la notte. Inoltre la trasparenza della plafoniera in camera da letto metteva in evidenza uno strato di polvere piuttosto evidente, un dettaglio difficile da ignorare quando ci si rilassa a letto.

Stan hladan izuzetno, bez mogućnosti dogrevanja klimom koju je gazda zaključao i sakrio daljinski, kauč u raspadu, TV bez signala, jednom rečju UŽAS, nema prodavnica jedan market kao da si u nekoj hali ma ozbiljan promašaj, napustile smo stan Posle dva sata i otišle u hotel EUROHOTEL za iste pare u centar Milana , svaka preporuka za njih i popravile utisak na max.

Fatiscente, sporco, muri macchiati e ammuffiti e rappezzati alla meno peggio. Aperta la porta di ingresso all'arrivo troviamo una grossa macchia di non so cosa vomitevole che abbiamo dovuto pulire. Nella seconda camera funge a da armadio un appendiabiti piegato e instabile e due mobiletti presi alla discarca buttati li accanto, comodini diversi per colore e grandezza. Riscaldamento che funzionava solo qualche ora la sera e la mattina freddo, in compenso i climatizzatori non funzionanti visto che i proprietari hanno pensato bene di portarli via. Letti scomodissimi, cuscini peggio tappeto scendiletto nero di sporcizia e macchiato e ultima chicca la cerata anti urina !!! Impossibile poi mettersi in contatto con l'host e andavano solo messaggi prestampati. Sono al livello 3 genius ed in 45 anni di viaggi prenotati su booking non mi era mai capitato nulla di così indecente

Stor lejlighed med god plads, dobbelt badeværelse og AC i alle rum. Let tilgængelig samt gratis P plads udenfor. Rent.

Jeg havde givet stedet 8-9 stjerner, hvis det varme vand virkede (og personalet var hurtigere til at hjælpe). 3 ud af 4 dage måtte jeg gå i bad andet sted (heldigvis havde jeg en bekendt, ellers ingen bad). Finder ud af fredag aften (tjekkede ind fredag), der ikke er varmt vand. Skriver en besked uden svar. Skriver en mail og får svar om morgenen om jeg skal sende et billede. Dette gør jeg lørdag aften men får ingen svar trods ny mail søndag. De ringer så mandag middag og siger de vil fikse det. Jeg tjekker ud tirsdag morgen og når således kun 1 bad. Man ku ik ringe til dem og nummeret virker kun i hverdagene.

Apartamento agradable pero necesita mantenimiento

Ubicación buena. Complejo residencial en zona tranquila, con zonas verdes y fácil acceso a la ciudad. En nuestro caso, en coche de alquiler. Nos gustó que tuviera dos cuartos de baño. Toallas suficientes y en buen estado, al igual que la ropa de cama. El jardinero, muy amable, nos ayudó a resolver un problema con la luz.

No teníamos agua caliente. Nos hemos tenido que duchar con agua fría. Salía un poco caliente y se cortaba. La lavadora estaba rota, no centrifugaba y se salía el agua. Los fines de semana y a partir de las 18:00 de lunes a viernes no están operativos para ayudar con cualquier problema o duda que pueda surgir. Se nos fue la luz sin saltar el diferencial y gracias al jardinero y una vecina se solucionó (nos abrieron el cuadro que estaba bajo llave, abajo del edificio)

Siamo stati bene

Molto accogliente, pulito ed organizzato. Zona tranquilla, spaziosa e comoda anche per il parcheggio con strisce bianche. Servizi nei dintorni a non finire. Singolare la presenza di scoiattoli e conigli nel parco fuori casa.

Nella vasca serve un separé doccia anche perché cade tutta l Acqua sul pavimento e ci sente a disagio. Una TV in camera migliorerebbe i confort.

Trop loin du centre de Milan personne pour vous recevoir pas le bon code pour la boîte à clé impossible de joindre la personne au téléphone ne nous a pas donné les renseignements pour notre arrivée ni le numéro de l’immeuble ni le code de la boîte à clé mauvais expérience pas de chauffage dans l’appartement
