Appartamento accogliente e ben arredato, fornito di tutto il necessario per trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno.
Posizione della caldaia poco funzionale: essendo montata sulla parete della cucina, confinante con la camera da letto proprio in corrispondenza della testata, il rumore del riscaldamento acceso disturba il sonno durante la notte.
Inoltre la trasparenza della plafoniera in camera da letto metteva in evidenza uno strato di polvere piuttosto evidente, un dettaglio difficile da ignorare quando ci si rilassa a letto.
