A spacious and comfortable stay in a peaceful, rural area that's well located for all the sights and seas of the North Norfolk Coast. Prosecco and crisps, with milk in the fridge, were a really nice touch and very much appreciated. We briefly met the hosts, who were friendly and polite but gave us our space. We had a great stay and would be happy to return, or recommend to friends and family. Everything was comfortable and bed linen/towels were clean, but the overall property could have done with a bit of a freshen up and a good deep clean. So much potential, but a bit tired in places.
Needs a good dust, hoover and mop - otherwise great.
