Four lovely traditional, comfortable properties set on a pretty Norfolk smallholding. In a perfect position to explore.. Ground Floor:

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Air source heat pump central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Barbecue (shared with The Coach House ref UK46715). Grounds with sitting-out area and garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site). 2 pets welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times. Two lockable kennels available. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Located in a four-acre smallholding with sheep onsite, Green Farm boasts four Norfolk stone farm buildings which have been converted to provide traditional and welcoming accommodation for guests looking for somewhere quiet enough to ensure a great night’s sleep while being close enough to all the Norfolk highlights to enjoy a fun-packed holiday.

Each property is unique in its own sense and is a perfect place for guests to choose what suits them best as a base to explore the surrounding area, or to relax far away from the hustle and bustle of work. This is a great location for nature lovers looking to relax and unwind but it is great for touring too with the stunning Norfolk Coastline just over six miles away and the gateway to the beautiful Broads under 20 miles away. Head to the pretty shingle beach at Weybourne, stroll along the Edwardian Prom and famous pier in Cromer, enjoy the wide sandy beach in Sheringham, or undertake a spot of crabbing on Blakeney Quay. Hire a day launch or join a tour and drift amongst stunning Norfolk Broadland scenery and then head to nearby BeWilderwood, a fun day out for families.

Add in history and nature galore with North Norfolk Heritage Railway, the Blickling and Holkham Estates along with the Muckleurgh and Thursford Collections, the latter with its Christmas Spectacular, Sheringham Park, Holt Country Park, Pensthorpe Nature Reserve, and RSPB Cley too and you’ll soon see why this is the perfect area for you hard-earned break. For a change of pace, you can even explore the Medieval City of Norwich, which is just 20 miles away too, so great choice for those wanting to explore the area! Property was tvery pleasant and very pet friendly. Plenty of places to walk. The host kindly gave us some milk and Prosecco which was gratefully received. The worst thing was the wi-fi which was very slow and often dropped out. The shower was lovely and hot and powerful but unfortunately fell off the wall and the whole curtain rail collapsed. Fortunately it just missed my head.We loved the area and all in all had a lovely few days break away.
