Mandy & Stuart were very welcoming. The room was lovely, we had access to our bathroom and to a fridge. The room also has its own front door. Room and bathroom were very clean.

A warm welcome from the hosts. Convenient, quiet location. Own external door and plenty of privacy. Biscuits, fresh milk and access to fridge - superb! A great base from which to explore The Broads.
