Kate is a wonderful host. She was very helpful and welcoming and very easy to chat to. She made us feel very much at home. The accommodation was faultless. Thoughtfully designed and meticulously clean. The location is a short stroll from the center of Norwich with some lovely eateries closeby. Kate has lots of suggestions to offer from sites to visit to great places for breakfast to good walks and more.!
We would return without hesitation.

Large clean room with desk and clothes storage facilities. Very helpful hosts and a great location in central Norwich.
The bathroom was not en suite - but it was clean and fully equipped
