Enter this semi-detached home into a welcoming hallway that leads to a snug lounge, then flows into a light and airy open-plan kitchen and dining area with elegant wooden accents. After days out by the sea, you can sink into one of the sofas and spark up the wood burner for a quiet evening in, perhaps with a film on the Smart TV. The kitchen is sectioned off by an archway, keeping it connected yet distinct. At the back is a bright conservatory with sofas for reading – this is also where you’ll find the washing machine. A downstairs WC completes the ground floor. Upstairs are two king-size bedrooms and a bunk room that’s well-suited to children, along with a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. One of the king-size rooms has far-reaching countryside views – a wonderful way to start each day.
The conservatory opens into a charming garden with outdoor furniture, allowing you to enjoy meals in the fresh air and soak up your rural surroundings. Private off-road parking for two cars is available on the driveway at the front.
