The property had almost everything you could wish for. The Wifi proved very useful, and having a "Freely" TV (as well as a standard digital TV) meant that rainy evenings in could be be accomodated. It was also very quiet. Parking was provided, and the property itself was warm and clean. Really can't faulty the execution at all - the hosts did an excellent job.

I don't like the term "What didn't you like?" - There was nothing that I "didn't like", however there were a couple of points that people need to be aware of when booking a stay. Firstly, mobile coverage. I thought that I had things covered with access to O2 and Vodafone... not a chance. Neither network had any signal at all. I think that EE is popular in Norfolk, but I can't confirm that there is coverage for this network. This caused a slight problem as when I arrived, I went to access my "Welcome" email to get the code for the key box but couldn't. Fortunately I had made a note of this elsewhere, and I think that the owners are in the adjoining house (we never saw them.) Top tip - a virtual SIM might do the trick. Secondly, the location is VERY rural. The nearest shop is about 6 mins drive away (that is about an hours' walk.) Even the nearest pub is a short drive away. If you have an EV then there is no charging at the property - you have to drive to Sheringham (about 15 mins drive). The roads are very small and don't always have passing places - fortunately there is little traffic and we didn't end up having to reverse half a mile down the road. There are also large numbers of pheasants and Muntjac deer which can make navigating the roads very interesting. Satnavs tend to underestimate journey time - the roads have a national speed limit (60mph), but you aren't likely to travel at more that 30 tops.

Quiet location just 20 minutes drive from everywhere we wanted to visit! The property had everything needed for a great stay and the amount charged was very fair. Communication with the owners was first class and the welcome note and goodies were really appreciated as we arrived quite late. We will book again when visiting the area.

We found the mattress too soft and one of us found the chairs uncomfortable (personal choice and existing medical conditions affected this). We also initially drove past the property as the signage was not clear in the dark as it was set back from the road.

Beautiful village lovely location. Nice self catering lots of facilities. Nice welcome with milk tea coffee and cake.

Uncomfortable pillows. Coming in to the bedroom not ideal from the entrance especially with a dog. Shower cubicle dirty.

Just big enough for 2 people, comfortable bed with TV on bedroom wall. Another larger TV in the lounge. Everything you would need is provided. Most important for this time of year (June) was 2 large tower fans!
