I liked the price I liked the location

Thankyou for making full use of the space the apartment has to offer. We had a lovely stay; but I do feel the need to point out that if someone with arthritic fingers or an elderly person were to book, they would have so much difficulty with the key safe as it is very stiff.

Homely, cosy place. Kitchen had everything needed for self catering. Very clean, private & comfortable. Excellent choice for a peaceful, comfortable stay.

Was a bit difficult to find in the dark- very rural location with no street lamps or cats eyes. Was listed under a different name on Google maps. No phone signal but good wifi

A very enjoyable experience. Made better by a well thought out property.

Lovely quiet location. Good parking. Well equipped throughout the accommodation. Although self catering, tea, coffee and milk supplied for a drink on arrival, which is a lovely touch. Overall we were very pleased with our choice to stay here and would definitely use again.

We had a lovely stay in beautiful North Norfolk.

The property was well equipped in a quiet village in beautiful countryside. We had a comfortable bed and a walk- in shower, which I prefer. The kitchen had a cooker and a fridge freezer, There was a parking space on the property.

Met all our requirements, clean, tidy, easy to get too.

Arm chairs very uncomfortable and I had difficulty in getting up from the chair due to painful knee. (Sat in dining chair throughout stay) Bed mattress sagging and not great to sleep on, apart from these two things we made it work for us.

Relaxing, peaceful countryside retreat.

The location was superb, the apartment was clean and comfortable. I cooked every night, there was everything I needed in the kitchen. Great power shower, I could not fault it. Debbie and Richard our hosts thought of everything, including a welcome for our dog. I am sure we will go back.

Just amazing !!! My husband and I fell in love with this place !!!! ❤️

This little gem of a cottage was absolutely amazing ! There was everything we needed to make our stay a happy one! Greeted with a lovely welcome card with contact details if needed ! We were way out in the beautiful countryside yet only 16 minutes away by car we were in the beautiful oldie worldy seaside town of Sheringham with its lovely little town and untouched beach ! The locals here were so friendly too!! And only 20 mins or so away from the cottage and we were sitting in a real lovely pub that served lovely food to us whilst we sat outside on the broads watching boats moor up so folk could stop off for a bit of lunch or a drink ! This little gem of a cottage was just incredible and we can’t wait to return ! Amazing value too!! 👍🏼👍🏼.

Would recommend Little Owl, great place to stay and explore North Norfolk.

Little Owl ideal for one or two people. Facilities were excellent, clean and well equipped. Lovely quiet location in a very small village. You need you own transport to get out and about.

Brilliant little place! Excellent value. Well equipped! Good host.

Excellent accommodation with everything I needed for my stay. well-equipped kitchen area. Really nice strong shower. Milk and chocolate biscuits left as welcome gift plus a welcome card from the host which was a lovely touch. The host also texted me mid-stay to check everything was ok. Host also helpful pre trip with directions and check in details. Quiet location, which is rural, but staying on my own I felt very safe.

The only and very small point is that I found the chairs in the lounge area needed the extra cushions to make them more comfy. I have a hamstring issue and needs lots of padding! This is only a very small issue though and in no way detracted from my stay. It wouldn't stop me using the accommodation again.

Exceptional

Everything about this place is lovely.So clean and homely with everything you need.Like home from home.Was extra nice to arrive and find milk tea,coffee,biscuits waiting for us.Even little treats for the dog. We had car problems whilst there and Debbie and Richard the owners couldn't do enough for us,even offered to pick up some shopping. All in all a lovely place,hopefully we will be able to go back in the near future.

Extended from B&B to self catering. Very well done with lovely little kitchenette and comfy chairs with stools and a nice Size TV. We are repeat guests now that must be a positive!

Beautiful relaxing retreat x

The property and the area where it is was perfect, set in a beautiful village in Norfolk, easy to get to, and within 20 mins drive away from Cromer, Sherringham , Holt and inland Alysham and over beautiful towns and places in Norfolk. The property had been cleverly thought out inside and out with plenty of storage space and it’s own off the road parking place. The chairs in the sitting area in side were so comfortable, everywhere was spotless on arriving and the owners were lovely. Thankyou for letting stay there it was just what we needed.

Great self catering property with a good selection of cooking utensils (often sadly lacking in most self catering properties). Comfy bed. Quiet location. A lovely welcome card along with a bottle of milk and a packet of shortbread. Would use again.

This was an excellent place to stay with everything you would need for self catering holiday. It was spotlessly clean and the welcome card and biscuits were lovely. For anyone wanting to explore Norfolk this apartment is a great choice and can highly recommend.

Nice little flat in a good location 20mins. from nice coastal towns

Good location- 20mins.drive from Cromer, Sheringham and Blakeney Point. Had to do some work, which was easy with the WiFi provided and having enough space. Dog friendly.

Little Owl provided us with a brilliant base for a short stay in the North Norfolk area.

The property was amazingly tranquil - apart from the odd farm tractor rumbling past. Internally, the self-contained lounge/kitchen with separate bedroom and bathroom were superbly well furnished/equipped. Outside there was a good parking space with a private little garden which was ideal for enjoying the sunshine. Everything that we could have asked for - including a lovely welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk & biscuits! Sadly we only met the host briefly, but she was very friendly, welcoming and informative

The host, Richard, met us on arrival and was very helpful and informative about the local area. There were some treats for the dogs - and welcoming drinks and biscuits for the humans. Little Owls was just right for us and we'd love to return in the future.

Little Owl was more spacious than we expected and very comfortable.

Our hosts were very welcoming and happy to give advice about places to visit. The property is only about 20 minutes from the coast so we found it easy to explore the area both along the coast and inland. The property is in a very peaceful location, an excellent place to relax in the evenings.

We couldn’t fault Little Owl.

We loved everything the little own it's charming and has everything you need including the most comfortable bed Debbie and Richard lovely and helpful and little Barningham it's the best location ever not only peaceful and beautiful but close by to things we wanted to see and do like nice walks with our Lucky ..we wish we could live there ..thank you for everything
