C’était très bien

The location was excellent- in the centre of the old town and near the main attractions and many excellent cafes and restaurants Easy to walk around and to use buses nearby

The shower /hot water was difficult to work out We could get cold or very hot but it was not easy to work out how to adjust It was noisy because of large groups outside until 4-5 am but we used earplugs and the apartment is well insulated We needed a landmark-restaurant name-to locate the apartment We had to ring Madrid to open the front door remotely which took time and the code to the apartment door and the handle took time to work out More clear instructions would have helped massively

The property was spacious, clean and centrally located.

It was difficult to access the property in the absence of a staff member attending to assist with managing the downstairs key and the upstairs door code. The sofa bed also was not made up and there was no duvet or blanket for the sofa bed.
