Impressive and luxurious penthouse for 8 people located in the historic centre of Malaga. The location allows you to visit the main historical monuments and points of interest. It has two bedrooms with a double bed, two with single beds, three bathrooms with showers and one with a bathtub, a living room and a large kitchenette. The penthouse has a large terrace with a barbecue and views of the Cathedral of Malaga. The apartment is on the third floor and there is NO elevator.

We spent 4 nights here, 5 friends on their first trip to Malaga. Perfect location within walking distance to everything. The place is amazing and we loved our stay there. I will note though, that the water pressure for showering can be super low and you will have to carry your luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Those can be issues for some people. Overall though we loved our stay here.

We enjoyed every minute. The beac, town, well, everything was easily in walking distance-and the villa and all in Malaga were so beautiful! We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace. What a slice of heaven and great meeting spot to organize the day or have wine before dinner. The only thing that would have made it even easier, would be to have more than one key since there was 8 of us-a second or 3rd key would make coming and going from the villa easier. Thanks for the wonderful stay-and for answering all our questions before and during promptly! (And for storing our bags until our evening train on Sunday). Just wonderful!

From start to finish, our stay in this apartment was fantastic. The apartment is incredibly spacious, clean and very well equipped with everything needed for our three night stay. The location couldn’t be better. So close to everything in the old town, but thankfully it’s so well sound proofed you can’t hear any noise from the street. The terrace is the cherry on top, incredible views and such a lovely way to watch the sun set.

To whom it may concern,
We signed up with the VRBO app but found all transactions were handeled independently without warning from VRBO. A company called living4malaga reached out to us for each payment. We would prefer to deal with the party we sign up for
Finally payments were made and we were ready to travel. Again the random compamy that we hadn't requested to deal with us directly, reached out demanding a further deposit previusly not discussed and the names, details and passport numbers of everyone staying. First, this is an a payment hold that I'd like to have payed or. Second, that is a lot of last minute info to request and something I was not able to achieve.
When we got there, there was one key to share between 7 guests of a 4 bedroom apartment. There was no lock box or ability to enter without that single key which led to absurdity getting in and out until I spent my own money on a lock box.
Finally on Saturday night, 3 of us were up at 3am playing cards. Everyone else was asleep and us 3 were playing music directly from my phone without any speaker or enhancement. We got a text to keep the noise down from living4malaga when we were makimg very little. That was the icing on the cake.
The location and aesthetic of this apartment are second to none. They will literally take your breath away but the other issues were some of the worst I'v experienced during my time renting places.
For cleanliness, it was 80%. Would have been 100 but for the ants in the kitchen.
