Located in the center of Málaga, holiday apartment “Maravilloso Ático en Pleno Centro” is the ideal location for travelers who want to experience everything Andalusia has to offer. This modern 90 m² apartment is well-insulated from noise and consists of a stylish living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suited for video calls), centralized air conditioning (one bedroom has an individual system), cable TV, and a washing machine, while a baby crib can be added on request. Start each day enjoying the amazing view of the city with breakfast on your private, open, rooftop terrace. Then head out to explore Málaga and find yourself immediately surrounded by countless restaurants, bars, shops, and culture. Visit the Picasso Museum or the gorgeous city park both just a 6-minute walk (500m) away. Drive down to the coast and arrive at the nearest beach in just 13 minutes (2 km). Go up or down the coast and find 5 more beaches in just 15 minutes (5 km). Drive north just 15 minutes (6 km) and visit the botanical gardens, or 45 minutes (20 km) and enjoy the natural beauty of the mountains. Guests staying at “Maravilloso Ático en Pleno Centro” will have every opportunity to enjoy all that southern Spain has to offer.

This gorgeous seventh floor apartment, reached by a lift, has breathtaking views of the cathedral from its good sized veradanda. The flat is spacious, with three nice bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms are comfortable. There is a nespresso machine, which is a nice touch plus a washing machine, dishwasher and full size oven, all in great condition. The central air conditioning is very effective. Security is strong - the apartment door has an automatic locking system. The apartment is brilliantly located in the heart of the old town. Everything in the old town can be reached on foot and the bus and train terminals are both less than a km away. The town is busy with locals and tourists, although the apartment is well insulated from any noise. Our mobility restricted 90 year old father coped well in the apartment and the town. Communications with the owner were very easy and effective. Overall, a very good stay in the vibrant heart of Malaga. Highly recommended.
