Living4malaga Arenal Superior Beach

Very close to the beach with a view and close to the city and sights. A large 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment with a large kitchen and washing machine, lounge, tvs and easy access with keypad door entry.

Some noise travelling through walls from outside but very minor.

Location, cleanliness and space

The way the apartment was unlocked without the key, it wasnt consistent

The size of the property surprised us. It was very spacious for the 6 of us and nice to be able to relaxed in the communal areas. Location was ideal with easy access to the old town, marina & beach as well as the main bus stops. Very clean. Ideal having 3 bathrooms for 6 women

The sliding door into the middle bedroom was tricky to open. The water sometimes went cold if multiple showers were being used at the same time

The space was nice and nicely decorated. It was cozy and fit 7 people well. The extra bed was appreciated. The view was nice.

The noise level was very high from neighbours. People were loud and making noise past midnight and we had a difficult time sleeping. Renovations were also taking place making the entrance and exit to the building sometimes unsafe. The cleanliness was not up to standards there were dust bunnies upon arrival, the showers were not very clean. Unfortunately a few things were not working well such as the coffee maker was leaking constantly and the window on the first night could not close.
