Big spacious modern apartment in fabulous location.

The property was big and spacious with loads of room for four of us. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basics..The location was fantastic which was just a few minutes walk from the main centre with all the bars and restaurants. The apartment has a good heating system which was great as it got a bit chilly on a January evening. We didn’t use the air conditioning. There is a large balcony but we didn’t use it as it was a bit chilly out of the sun in January but I think it would be a great place to sit and enjoy a few drinks or do a bit of sunbathing at other times of the year. The staff were easily contactable if there were any problems.

The second double bedroom is very small and has no cupboard or drawers for storage apart from a small hanging rail. Every now and then we could smell a slight sewerage odour but it wasn’t overly strong and didn’t seem to last long. The main double bedroom fronts on to the street so it can be a little noisy at night with people shouting and laughing after a night of entertainment in the local bars and clubs.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und liegt sehr zentral, kurze Wege zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Hafen und Strand sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt, ebenso ein Parkhaus.

Die zentrale Lage hat ihren Preis: Malaga scheint nie richtig zu schlafen und auf der Straße wird es erst um fünf Uhr morgens ruhig. Leider kam aus der ungenutzten Klimaanlage ein schleichender Schimmelgeruch. Die Kanäle müssen dringend gereinigt werden.

Izvrsna lokacija, lijep ali ne baš funkcionalan apartman, neljubazno osoblje

Odlična lokacija, lijepa terasa i pogled na grad, moderno uređen apartman, idealno za šestero ljudi.

Osoblje objekta vam nažalost neće puno pomoći ako imate ikakav problem ili primjedbu. Prije dolaska u apartman tražili smo dodatno sušilo za kosu (7 osoba u apartmanu), rečeno mi je da će provjeriti ako je moguće... i nikad mi se nisu javili. Kuhinja nije dobro opremljena za kuhanje za sedmoro pa smo uglavnom jeli vani u restoranima, npr. samo jedna daska za rezanje, samo jedan veći lonac, sokovnik nije bio u funkciji, dobili smo samo jednu tabletu za perilicu posuđa i perilicu rublja za 5 dana boravka. Po dolasku smo tražili da se unese pomoćni krevet jer kauč u zajedničkom prostoru nije baš praktičan za spavanje. Zaposlenici su nam rekli je da će dati sve od sebe da pomognu, ali ovaj zahtjev pokazao se kao okidač za grub i nepristojan stav osoblja s kojima sam se dva dana prepirala prije nego što sam odustala - krevet naravno nismo dobili. Back and forth, pasivno agresivne poruke i neljubazan ton preko telefona - sve izuzetno razočaravajuće za tako običan zahtjev. Dakle, ako vam neće trebati ništa od korisničke službe, smještaj je odličan. Međutim, ako išta tražite, makar samo sušilo za kosu, očekujte razočaranje.

El apartamento es muy amplio y está bien equipado. La ubicación muy buena. Nos permitieron hacer un late check out hasta las 14:00 por las molestias ocasionadas.

Hubo un fallo en la apertura remota de la puerta del portal. Avisamos de que llegábamos tarde y estuvimos aproximadamente 40 minutos para conseguir que nos abrieran la puerta . Uno de los baños desprendía un olor potente a tuberías bastante desagradable. Una de las habitaciones tiene una lampara cuya luz no se apaga del todo, es muy molesto no conseguir apagarla durante la noche. No me parece que con estos detalles el apartamento valga lo que se paga por él.

Mooi, goed onderhouden appartement.

De locatie was super. In het centrum en binnen 10 minuten lopen door het oude centrum bij de haven. Het appartement was precies zoals op de foto’s. De host was erg goed bereikbaar, netjes te woord gestaan. Appartement was schoon.

De wifi werkte helaas niet in de verste slaapkamer. Het aanbrengen van een wifiversterker zou een groot pluspunt zijn. De kleine badkamer stonk naar rioollucht wat erg overheersend was (al moet ik zeggen dat je dit op veel plaatsen, zoals in restaurants, ook wel rook). Het balkon is wat klein en het meubilair niet echt comfortabel.
