Super tolle Lage. Richtig schöne Wohnung. Auch ruhig gelegen und sehr nah zum Strand. Sehr guter und freundlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt.

Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Eventuell braucht man ein paar Klammern für den Wäschetrockner.

Ідеальний вид з помешкання на море, гарне розташування, поряд магазин, пляж, порт, ми були 1 день нам вистачило всіх зручностей які є у приміщенні. все гарно В цілому нам все дуже сподобалося. Повернуся ще.

Спачатку було складно знайти вхід, тому що навігатор вів нас повз помешкання на пляж в бар) Коли власник скинув фото входу ми одразу зрозуміли де це.

Modern apartment with stunning views in a great location. Spacious living room with kitchen and two large bedrooms with comfortable beds, all equipped with air conditioning. Everything is clean. A (somewhat small) bathroom with a good shower and washing machine. No mosquitoes, so you can sit on the balcony in the evening. There is a small guarded car park under the building for 15 euros per day (negotiable for longer stays). This is recommended, as public parking is a nightmare (in July). We had good contact via WhatsApp with the owner, who responded quickly to questions/requests. It turned out that it was not possible to pay for the apartment rental with a credit card (as was indicated on Booking.com), but it was no problem to pay by bank transfer. Please note: paying in cash is not recommended, as the ATM not only charge a 700-800 lek (7-8 euro) withdrawal fee, but also 13-15% Albanian bank charges on top of that. The apartment is in an excellent location in Saranda, with several (pebble) beaches within a 1-2 minute walk. There is a Spar supermarket 1 minute's walk away and two bakeries in the street opposite the Spar supermarket. The main boulevard with cafés and restaurants is a 5-minute walk away. There are also several restaurants near the apartment.

Just a few minor drawbacks: it can be a bit noisy early in the morning and late at night due to beachgoers passing by (so bring earplugs), and although the kitchen is well equipped, it would benefit from a few extra (new) pans.
