Tranquil Breakaway

The Host was warm, welcoming and attentive. I went for work but to also explore the area and relax. The room was beautiful, clean and super comfortable. An ideal work away from home space. Reading in a hammock next to the pool in the late afternoons was a highlight. With Paternoster a 15-20 min drive away and lovely local restaurants in St Helena itself this is a must go to place to visit. I shall return many times.

Beautiful position but not considering guesthouse guidelines.

The position is amazing. The room well appointed but small.

Considering the size of the room there was a lot of clutter. A good guesthouse thinks practicality first. The coffee machine was not working and no cup to fit it. The room decor is not at all well thought out.Not much space to move.

Comfortable, Tranquil and Equipped with everything you need

Di has created an amazing oases. Her attention to detail down to the threat count. She has left no stone unturned. Location location location is all what it's about. We can now call Di a friend. The fresh mist that comes off the ocean in the mornings breathes life back into your soul. Loved the coffees, loved using the outside space.

There were no breakfast. Fantastic view and location. Nice bed. Friendly reception. We enjoyed our stay!

There were only one bed table. Two will be better. Little table to make coffee next to fridge will be nice. Extension cable with cellphone charging facilities will be a plus.

Stunning location, amazing decor

Love meeting Di and her little doggies. The location could not be better - right on the rocks. Incredible. The decor was gorgeous. The shower was better than at home - good pressure and hot water.

Just a few teeny details - not even a criticism. The tea and coffee area just needs a little tweaking - it was hard to keep it clean without a bin or tray. Also suggest raising the little fridge for people with back issues.

Best retreat and unwind

I liked the beautiful view of the ocean. Sleeping and waking up to the sound of the waves was so therapeutic. The house is beautifully decorated with much detail and sophistication.

Heerlijk rustig verblijf met fantastisch uitzicht

Prachtige lokatie aan zee. Mooie studio met eigen ingang. Goed bed en lekkere douche. Goede eet gelegenheden in de plaats zelf. Goede tips van de eigenaresse. Bezoek velddrif is de moeite waard met Pelikanen en Flamingo's. Heerlijk rustige omgeving.

Sehr gute Lage in wunderbarer Wohnanlage direkt am Meer. Elegant ausgestattetes Zimmer mit schönem Bad. Kleiner Pool mit Liegen und Hängeschsukelstuhl. Sehr nette Betreiber in, die uns viele gute Tipps gegeben hat.
