Proximity of the property to several restaurants and shops. The Hawa Mahal, City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Badi Chaupar and markets are within walking distance. Near to metro line. Nice and courteous staffs. Variety of options in breakfast.
No onsite parking. Drop off and pickup is bit difficult during rush hour. No driver room. High moisture in ground floor room due to rain.

Central location inside pink city; easy walk to major sites such as City Palace and Hawa Mahal. Room satisfactory; basic but fair for price. Staff were attentive and helpful.
Our main dislike was the specific location; entrance to hotel is on rather dirty courtyard that ia a motorbike parking lot during the day, and populated with local dogs at night that often barked and kept waking us up.
Also, although breakfast was supplied, it was either in the room or on a rooftop area that was not a particularly pleasant place to have breakfast.

Location
The walkway to the hotel.. there is urinal on the way to the hotel and it’s smell real bad.
8.0 / 10.0
Location, central for sightseeing and shopping. The property is also about 40 m away from the buzzing street and we could not hear any street noise in our room
Very limited hot water - only for one person shower

Very well situated boutique hotel close to the Hawa Mahal, however in a bizarre back-street.
The rooms are over-decorated and wardrobes are missing. Some rooms don’t have any windows. Very badly isolated so you hear everything that is happening in the hallways and stairways.

This was our lash out hotel room and it was lovely and comfy and clean. Location is a few mins walk to Hawa Mahal, and is at the start of the small lanes of the market. Nice rooftop with tables as well.
It was all good!

Great location very near to Hawa Mahal, City Palace and Jantar Mantar. Good breakfast, which you need to order in advance. We also had a nice balcony in our room. No elevator, but staff helps with lifting the luggage.
During out stay it was very poor wi-fi, they tried to change it but without good result. The water in the washbasin didn't drain. The way to the hotel from the main street is little scary (150m) from the first sight of the travellers who have not been in India before.

Nice hotel just in the centre of old town and close to the main sightseeing places. Very helpful staff, nice rooftop terrace for breakfast and dinner.

Parking is not available, road leading to property is little shady.

Staff was very courteous and cooperative
The approach to the hotel is not very clean as it is in a bylane

Comfortable room, nice hotel in central location within easy walking distance of all the main sights. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the roof terrace was a bonus
Nothing. We liked it very much.

Really kind staff. Great location! Very close to Hawa Mahal and City Palace, but in a “back alley” so it was quite quiet.

We stayed in the garden room and loved it! The location was central and perfect for us with easy access to to transport. The breakfast was tasty and changed daily. Our needs were perfectly catered for by Khan who made our stay even more pleasant.

It is neat and clean. Behavior of staff is very good and courteous.
There were some confusion about the rooms we booked but it was all sorted out.
Food we had was tasty, a bit expensive though.
Hotel is near to all the major locations.
The lane which goes to the hotel is very very dirty. Parking might be a challenge as well. No lift, so keep in mind if your room is not on ground floor.

The location of the hotel was in the bazaar and walking distance to the City Palace and other sites. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the rooms individually decorated and a high standard. We had a room with a balcony, which was great to relax. The breakfast and food were excellent. It was the staff that made this experience of Jaipur exceptional! They looked after us and made sure we had everything we needed. We celebrated Diwali with the staff and other guests, which was a memorable experience. We felt like part of the family and were very sad to leave, we will definitely return! I can't recommend it highly enough for a stay in Jaipur!
Leaving!!!

Nice friendly and helpful people. Clean and comfortable room with a bathroom and AC. The hotel is situated some 250 m from 3 main attractions of the city: the City Palace, Hawa Mahal and Jantar Mantar. You have some view of the city from the top roof of the property. The hotel is isolated from a busy noisy street by a chain of shops and a distance of some 50 m, so you can enjoy a quiet atmosphere and sleep very comfortably after a busy exploration of Jaipur.

So great, location is just off very busy Main Street but fantastic for the local sights and getting a feel of the beautiful pink city. Lovely room, perfect facilities, good breakfast and such great staff (Mr.Khan looked after us so well!).
Walking past the public toilet that is really close to the front of the hotel.

The Hotel is very well located. the room is Huge and the red was super comfortable ,bígaros bathroom as well, the staff was increíble nice and helpful, specially Khan.
The Hotel also can offer you the option of having a driver that can take you to the best Jaipur attractions, that was prefect. I very much saw everything that I wanted and the Price was very decent.
The Access to the Hotel is King of in a Alley but once you get there fr the first time is easier and it doesn't feel unsafe.

We had wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect. The room looked like traditional Rajasthani vibes. Walking distance to Hawa Mahal and city palace. Breakfast was also good with multiple menu. Staff was very professional and polite and especially Mr.khan was very helpful. Will visit again

Great stay at sheel mahal, at first it felt a shady place as we have to go through small ally, and entry and exit is narrow and through one room, but you it was totally ok, host is good and try to help in any way possible.
Rooms are good, clean, with big toilets. But keep in mind toiletries are provided on demand.
Breakfast was good and filling. Loved the hospitality.
Nothing to dislike about it, in the given price it offers more. Just that there is smelly open urinal in the way to reach the location. But that is not totally in convenient. I believe almost anyone can hold there breath for few seconds, haha.

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The room was clean, well-decorated, and comfortable. Despite the poor entrance, the service made the stay enjoyable.
The entrance to the hotel is through a narrow, dirty alley that cars can’t access. It was inconvenient, especially with luggage. Also, there were some issues with hot water and a leaking bathroom ceiling.

The way to get to the hotel from the street

The service was very good. The staff was polite and helpful. The payments were easy. It's very close to main markets like Johri Bazaar and Bapu Bazaar. Walking distance to Hawamahal. City Palace is a short rickshaw ride away. Very convenient.
They do not offer complimentary breakfast. Also the food menu options are limited. To reach the location, you have to cross an open public urinal which is unpleasant.

The location is most apt for historical site visits and market shopping! They have a beautiful terrace, small and quaint, do spend some time there if the weather is suitable.
I loved everything!

Did not had breakfast at the hotel. The location is excellent as the hotel is just walking distance from most of the attractions.
There should have been a television in the room.

We had such an amazing experience at Sheel Mahal. The room was amazing, very tastefully decorated, and so comfortable. The AC kept us cool despite the crazy heat in Jaipur. Although in a busy part of the city, the hotel itself is quiet and puts you in a great location for exploring a lot. We booked a half day tour through them and the driver was great. They also decorated the room for my birthday and went all out, it was such a wonderful surprise! Highly recommend for a nice stay in Jaipur!

I didn’t expect much of the hotel but I was pleasantly surprised!!!!
Very quirky and beautiful!!!
Kahan was very helpful and came to meet us on the Main Street as a bit difficult to find first time.
I wish I stayed longer!

You can't beat the location, especially if you want to be right in the centre of the Pink City, which it is.
The staff are really attentive, and can't do enough for you. If is also right by the most famous Lassi stand in Jaipur and I highly recommend trying one, it was excellent. The hotel get their juices from there.
The noise. Mostly it's ok, it was the dogs at night but they were young and fighting. Luckily I had earplugs. The other thing is the hot water ran out VERY quickly. Once you know you can plan your shower.

Location so central in old city. Great rooftop views.
No car access to door front. Need to walk luggage about 50 meters.

The property is beautiful, staff is helpful, and rooms are nicely decorated. All the amenities are available within hotel. It is walking distance from Hawa Mahal.
The entrance to the hotel is littered, lot of garbage, bad smell, and dirty and narrow passage towards the hotel entry. Arriving there and walking upto the hotel was bad experience. If they can get the alley cleaned up, it'll be a great place to go. If you don't mind a quick 1-2 mins walk next to pile of garbage, you can pick this hotel.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in, in all respects, in the 6 months I have been in India.
I liked everything about it, it's modern, very clean, tastefully decorated, the bed is luxurious and everything is of good quality. Breakfast was delicious and best of all the staff were so attentive, friendly and welcoming.

The structure is new, so for now there is a very good value for money.
Excellent cleanliness, which I really appreciate, friendly and helpful staff.
The design of the rooms was to our liking, the devices in the room worked well (air conditioning, hot water, hairdryer, fan).
Add a wardrobe in the bedrooms.
Good overall.
We'll be back.
The breakfast service needs to be improved slightly, the food served was not the best.
May be add a wardrobe in the bedrooms.

+ New and very clean hotel (every room seems to have its own design) in the heart of the city, right opposite of Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar, and city palace. It's a very busy and chaotic area around, but due to the location of the hotel in the "second row" you hear almost nothing of it. So it's calm and quiet there.
+ Extraordinary service: all staff members were so friendly and caring. We had some minor difficulties in finding the hotel, because it is a bit hidden. However, when our driver called the hotel they immediately sent someone out to collect us. Also they sent me video how to get there, but due to missing WiFi on the ride I didn't receive it before we entered the hotel room. But that's great service!
+ Our room (Sheesh Mahal) was overwhelming, I've never seen something like this before, perfectly designed all over with mirror mosaics. Everything was very neat and clean.
+ Exceptional breakfast, every day different, tasty surprises, it included everything you could ever wish for, served directly to the room or on request also to the roof terrace.
The hotel also offers a variety of different veg food (on request also with meat) for lunch or dinner.
+ Roof terrace with a nice 360° view of the city.
- The only thing I was hardly missing is a window in the room for daylight.
- No restaurants around, only street food.
