We had a wonderful stay at Ratnawali. The rooms and all common areas were very clean and well maintained. The staff were honestly the best we met during our time in India - extremely polite, helpful, and well behaved. The food was delicious, and the location is quiet yet easily accessible. Overall, a very comfortable stay with genuinely decent and courteous staff.

The hotel is in a quieter part of Jaipur which was ideal for us, as Jaipur is hectic and super noisy. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. There was lots of space in the room which was nice. And this was one of the few places to have a shower that actually had a shower screen (rather than the 'norm' which is basically a tiny wet room, that so small that your shower just wets the toilet and sink etc). So we enjoyed the comfort of the bathroom and the room itself.
The pillows were not that comfortable and two thin for us, and sadly there wasn't a choice of styles. It would be great of the 4 pillows on the bed, if they were all different so there was some choice.

The Hotel is located close to the major sites of Jaipur city. It is only half an hour walk to the city palace. Bars and restaurants are also close by. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good. Bathroom was spacious too and the highlight is, that there is a glass wall in between shower and toilet. Airport transfer was available.
It was bit noisy and the room was not completely dark during night due to a too small window shade. There were nearly no international channels in the TV available. No hairdryer in the room, but you could get it from the reception.

Reception and most staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. On my last day as I had to leave early for my flight the lady manager arranged early breakfast for me.
The room floor wasn’t clean, the bathroom didn’t have proper drainage system. The in room dining was expensive in that they added 15% room service tax on top of other taxes on everything I ordered and mentioned on the menu, but didn’t specify that separately on the itemised receipt. The body wash and shampoo came in small packs.
The in house travel agency wasn’t transparent with the actual 2 day car hire I did for visiting the city. There is a 5am prayers on the loudspeaker in the locality that went off everyday, disrupting sleep.Due to old water pipes and system the hot water facility took a while and after wasting several litres of water in the gutter.

The extensive breakfast buffet - including both Indian and western options - was included in the price, and it was excellent. The hotel location was terrific - with easy access to the sights and shopping that we were interested in. And the hotel is a beautifully refurbished old mansion with a lot of charm. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Hot water in my room was a bit iffy, although there were no problems in my sister’s room. Also - and I want to stress that this is simply an observation and NOT a criticism at all - nearly everyone on staff has quite limited English, so westerners should plan to use their Google Translate app a lot or just roll with it (as we generally did).

This hotel is exquisite, full of charm and calm. The rooms are of a decent size, clean, comfortable, and carrying the elegance of a palace. Its location is ideal, within walking distance of busy markets, restaurants, and essential facilities. The staff are welcoming, kind, and genuinely helpful, and the security guard at the entrance is a true gentleman who is always ready to assist.
The breakfast is also satisfactory.

Lovely Hotel in a great quiet but central location. Very clean and nicely done inside, our room was big and we had a very nice balcony to sit out. Good value for a higher end Hotel. Quiet at night but very quick to walk/travel to restaurants. Staff were very helpful and the food at breakfast was all good with attentive staff. If you want a nicer hotel in a central area but one where you can escape the Chaos then totally recommend this Hotel.
The Wifi in our room was a bit variable but didn’t overly affect our stay. Maybe they need to fit some signal boosters?!

Rooms are bigs and very clean. Bathrooms are big. You find comb, slippers along with Ayurvedic bath essentials in the bathroom. Breakfast is served hot, fresh and very delicious. I loved their food so much that even after checkout, I went to their restaurant for dinner. Try their ghar ka khana thali, it’s amazing. Overall, a great experience.
They have Netflix and prime as option on tv but it was not working. Not a big deal but then you should remove those options.

Great location, short walk to bapu and johri bazaar. Wide spacious clean room. Great spread of indian vegetarian food for breakfast. Staff were also very friendly and helpful! Theyre also a verified currency exchanger.
Rooms looked a bit old, overhead showerhead looked like it was falling off the ceiling. Strong smell of cleaning solution in the room but all minor details, room overall was fine and for the price its great value for money

Breakfast was solid, mostly Indian food though always fruit and cereal available too, staff quite helpful, especially as we speak no Hindi and this was our first destination in India. Room and bathroom provide just what you need, price seems reasonable. Centrally located. Small rooftop was a nice surprise.

Great location,,near the shopping and central areas, at the same time away from the hustle and b]ustle . Helpful staff and reception,, GREAT BREAKFAST in the morning. No egg options though
No dedicated parking ,,,just a small spot in fron of the hotel adjoining the road, Do not have facilities for accompanying help ( driver ) to sleep .
Rooms have very small windows, which open to a veiw of the airconditioner,,must be noisy in Summer months.
