Wonderful staff, excellent facilities, and some of the best Indian food I’ve had — an outstanding stay overall.

My stay at Jaipur New Hotel was incredible and truly special. From the very beginning, I was treated with great care and kindness, and I genuinely felt at home. The entire staff was always very friendly, respectful, and attentive to everything I might need. Whenever I needed assistance, they responded immediately with an excellent attitude and a genuine willingness to help in any situation. At the end of my stay, I unfortunately lost my wallet, and the staff did absolutely everything they could to find it — and they did. This alone speaks volumes about their honesty, care, and professionalism. The facilities are wonderful: comfortable, elegant, practical, and very well thought out. There are plenty of power outlets for charging devices, and the hotel truly has everything one could need for a comfortable stay. I would also love to highlight the restaurant. I ordered food once, and it was probably the best Indian food I have ever had. Thank you very much to the entire staff for such a warm and welcoming experience. I truly hope to return.

Comfortable hotel in old town.

Good hotel in the old city in walking distance to major sites. Room is spacious and comfortable. On site restaurants serves a variety of vegetarian options. Good value for the price.

Nearest to all jaipur markets as well as all forts.

Parking facilities is not inside the hotel premise. Vehicles are parked market in day time and in night in front of Entrance gate.

Good value and staff

This hotel is very good, but it has a few drawbacks. Firstly, the Wi-Fi signal is very weak and sometimes doesn't even work. Secondly, it's noisy; a generator located on the ground floor makes too much noise, in addition to the noise coming from outside. Aside from these two problems, the hotel is truly excellent.

This place is good for 1-2 days stay. Affordable price. Close to many attractions.

The location of the hotel. Very close (1-2 kms) to Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal, Bazaars and Albertson Museum. The entire property was clean. The property is well-maintained. The staff was very helpful.

Lighting inside the room. The room we stayed has only 4 (2 watts, I guess) LED lights, and it was hard to accept it. No place to hang wet towels. They didn't put any chairs inside the room.

3 nights in nehru bazaar

The hotel lobby was very clean, with no dust in sight. There was a lift to help us carry our luggage. We stayed here for three nights, gateman was disturbing us a bit but no biggie. The restaurant food was delicious and I highly recommend it.

Very clean and soundproof room

It was great staying here. You could not hear any noise from the street, so we could sleep perfectly. Furthermore, the room was really clean. For these two reasons, we decided to stay two more nights there. The hotel workers were nice and helped us booking our trip to Ranthambore and to Agra.

Big building though tiny rooms!

The bed was comfortable and had mirror in room. Bathroom and warm water facilities are good. Had breakfast options though expensive. It's mostly for foreigners I believe.

Room is extremely small and can't even comfortably walk around. Bathroom didn't have enough toilet Papers. There cleaning method is absurd. When they clean the hall, water comes into the room. They basically throw water on floor and don't mop it immediately. It was extremely annoying

We had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel.

It was very central. The staff were pleasant and friendly, always ready to help. They arranged a tuk-tuk for us to take us to Amber and other places that we could not easily walk to. There was a heater in our room and we had a good supply of hot water. It was good to have a kettle. The food in the restaurant was very good.

The room was rather small and there was nowhere to sit except on the bed, as there were no chairs or table.

The shower hot water was very limited (enough for 1-2mins of shower) but that is a common issue. Since its an old building, the isolation from street noise is not the greatest
