Altana su San Marco

Bell'appartamento posto in pieno centro di Venezia a pochi passi da piazza San Marco. Sicuramente struttura che si pone sopra la media nell'offerta veneziana. L'altana e la posizione (che pur essendo centrale rimane, nella collocazione un po' appartata, decisamente tranquilla) sono elementi che la qualificano nel buon livello.

Ci sono alcuni elementi che, per correttezza, mi impediscono di dare il massimo dei voti. Un check in dalle 15 (con check out non oltre le 11) senza la possibilità di lasciare almeno le valigie non è cosa, che reputo corretta. La mancanza di zanzariera alle finestre (anche se comunque l'appartamento dispone di aria condizionata funzionante). Coppia (e non tris) di asciugamani un po' datata. Appartamento posto al terzo piano senza ascensore (anche se a me, ancora, non pesa). Comunque ci ritornerei con piacere.

My cousin and I spent a lovely 6 days at the Altana. We liked everything. The location could not be beat: 5 minutes to St. Mark's Square in one direction, and to the Rialto Bridge in the other direction. The apartment was well appointed, the beds comfortable, the air conditioning came in very handy on warm nights. The roof terrace with a good view of the Campanile was a lovely feature. The instructions for finding the place and the keys were very detailed and clear. The landlord was very nice and responsive. For example, we found upon arrival that the electric kettle didn't work, and the new one was delivered the next morning, despite it being a weekend. Overall, we had a great stay and highly recommend this accommodation.

There was nothing we didn't like. However, I'd like to point out that the apartment is on the 4th floor, with four fairly steep flights of stairs leading up to it, which may be a problem for some folks.

Great location in the heart of Venice.All the kitchen utilities that you need.Very spacious bedrooms and bathroom.Comfortable bed.The best part was the outside terrace .Unbelievable views of this beautiful city.

Very steep steps to reach the apartment .If you are an elderly person,it could be a problem.

Heimelige Wohnung, tolle Lage, tolle Altana!

Leider kommen wir mit der Klimaanlage nicht zurecht und für eine Nacht ging das schon. Wären wir länger geblieben, hätten wir den netten Vermieter um Rat gefragt.
