Difficult to find at night, but an unbeatable apartment.

We loved the accommodation. We only stayed one night, and it was a shame we didn't stay longer because the place was fantastic. The apartment was perfectly equipped, clean, and comfortable. The location is wonderful, on the shores of Lochness. I hope to return someday.

We arrived at night, and the directions we were given didn't lead us to the accommodation. After 40 minutes there, it being dark and with very little lighting around the complex, we couldn't understand the access route, nor could we imagine it, since we entered from some sort of annex building that looked like a church. I understand that during the day, and perhaps knowing something about the area, we wouldn't have gotten lost, but for someone coming from outside, and in the dark, it might be helpful to clarify the directions.

Lovely relaxing stay within fantastic grounds

Fantastic location. We had a ground floor apartment as we had my elderly mother with us. The private outdoor space was a bonus.

Excellent stay for family.

The compound is HUGE and with many facilities available, perfect for kids and families to play around. there are playgrounds and greens in the compound which is free to access. Room comes with a huge backyard as well, with some toys and a huge table and a back door close to the parking lot.

the backyard is not maintained properly; there are spider webs around, the wooden wall is broken in one place. the doors to the backyard cannot be locked.

Beautiful building and location.

The shower ran hot and cold, and it also leaked. No non-slip mat in the bath/shower, which is dangerous, as pointed out by my 71 year old mother in law. Coffee pod machine did not work and leaked water all over the trolley it was sitting on, which had plugs beneath it. Instruction manuals for all appliances but no short, easy to use user guide. No recycling bin. Doors were squeaky and loud, waking everyone up when you moved around. Curtain rail in living room dangerously hanging off, it looks like the supports were attached to the wall upside down. Bedroom windows didn't open. There are lots of minor issues but several potentially dangerous ones. With more attention to detail, I feel it could be greatly improved.

La cuisine équipée. La proximité de commerces et restaurants ainsi que du centre-ville. Mais aussi l'accès rapide aux embarcadères pour les promenades sur le Loch Ness. Le magnifique parc autour invitant à de fabuleuses promenades.
