Not what we were expecting. Not a moat house but an apartment in a block. Shower curtains need replaced as badly stained and black at the bottom. Leftover sauce stain on tablecloth from previous guests. Corridor and hall not clean

Met by a lady. good personal service. knowledgable quick and efficient check in. Excellent peaceful location. Good range of activities on site and good choice of local restaurants.

Having to pay for using the swimming pool is unnecessary and profiteering off the back off COVID. Prior to staying here we stayed in glen nevis and they had a pool booking system which was free to use, so why couldn’t the highland club be the same. The Tv in the twin room didn’t work and the wifi was patchy.

Very well equipped flat, only complaint would be the need for another arm chair in the lounge, a two seater sofa and one arm chair wasnt really enough for a us.

Schöner gemütlicher Aufenthalt

Wir waren im Moat House untergebracht. Grundsätzlich saubere Unterkunft. Schöne Freizeitangebote - Schwimmbad - Tischtennis - kleines Fitnessstudio Super Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen und Wanderungen in der Umgebung

Die Badezimmertür konnte nicht offen stehen bleiben, daher haben wir immer einen Koffer dazwischen gestellt damit das Bad mal lüften kann. Das Sofa war schon etwas durchgesessen. Aber wir haben uns wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Das Schlafzimmer war sehr klein, und minütlich ging im Nachbarhaus eine Lüftungsanlage an, die beim einschlafen recht nervig war. Deswegen haben wir nach ein paar Nächten ins „Kinderzimmer“ gewechselt. Gut dass wir nur zu 2. dort waren und diese Möglichkeit hatten!

Wat een mooie locatie, direct aan Loch Ness. Heel apart om on het klooster te verblijven en veel te ontdekken in de gebouwen. Heel erg leuk en niet te vergelijken met andere accomodaties. Snooker kamer is schitterend, maakt her wel af.
