Wow Home Stay

Everything was super comfy in the large room equipped with fan and tea kettle and good wifi service. Nice and quiet. The best was the waterfalls and view from our balcony complete with amazing bird life!

It was a pretty steep climb up the driveway to the hotel, our car couldn't do it but everyone was helpful with our luggage.

We had a lovely stay at Wow Home Stay. Our hosts were incredibly hospitable, greeting us with afternoon tea on our first morning and surprising us with more food and beverages while we were rained in for a few days. The food was all delicious! The family was helpful and friendly throughout and weve since recommended this place to people we have met in Sri Lanka. Also, great peaceful location, beautiful view, lovely clean spacious room.

For this price, the stay was incredible! Perfect for budget travelers — great location, friendly host, and good facilities (even had an iron). The bed was comfortable and everything written in the reviews is true. It’s actually even nicer than the photos. However, one thing I didn’t see mentioned in reviews: there were a few bugs in the room, including a cricket, even though it was clean. Since it’s in the middle of nature, this is understandable — but it did make it hard to sleep comfortably after having to kill a couple before bed. Maybe the room was left open before we arrived, I’m not sure. Still, a simple solution like bug spray or discreet traps could really improve the experience. Overall, this is probably the best you can find for this price!

Annulation du petit déjeuner. Accueil très bref, voir expéditif. Difficulté à trouver la Guesthouse (pas de pancartes). Moisies sur les plafonds. Manque une chaise sur la terrasse.
