The staff was very welcoming and really did their best to please us. The room was on the smaller side but contained everything we needed. However, we were a bit disappointed with the location. It is quite far from Ella’s center and situated high up a steep hill. For active travelers like us who get around on foot, climbing up there took a lot of effort and energy. Additionally, the dining area was in rather poor condition; despite the beautiful view it offers, the surroundings felt dirty and unkempt. Great potential and views, but needs better maintenance.

We chose to use the laundry service here after reading good reviews about its quality, but unfortunately, it was a disappointment for us. The service did not meet the expectations set by previous guests.

The people handling the room are really nice and helpful. The room was fairly cleen The Wifi is good and strong

The location is a bit of a problem. There is no hot water at all. I had to shower in freezing cold water. The breakfast even so they were very nice and made it to your preferred time, was not really good and some of the things were almost uneatable.
