Enthral View Homestay

Non ho niente da dire

Big and spacious. Breakfast included and the host was very helpful. The host offered laundry service and provided clean towels.

Unable to fault the property but the location was a bit remote (up a very steep hill so tough to walk to) and it wasn’t the easiest to find.

After a hectic few weeks travelling non stop, this was exactly what I needed. A peaceful respite in a nice quiet homestay elevated above a small village near Ella town. The location is excellent, away from the main village but close enough to walk, and with local cafes and restaurants. The room is comfortable and quiet, the wide private balcony is surrounded by banana trees, lush vegetation and monkey magic. The family are wonderful and accommodating. After a month staying in several parts of Sri Lanka this experience was head and shoulders above all others.

The lady was so nice and helpful, prepared good breakfast for me. She also explained the ways to see Ella. I am grateful for her.

I had serious problems for luggage carriage due to stairs... The facility has distance to the centre, had to have tuktuk all the time... One night late arrival was problematic. There was no elecyricity on the road and the stairs reaching to the room.
