Wohnung in toller City-Lage 45 m2

L'appartamento è molto comodo, arredato in modo funzionale e pulito; delizioso il piccolo giardino interno con sedie e tavolino. Il sistema di check-in automatico è stato molto facile e l'host ci ha fornito in modo puntuale, passo passo, tutte le info necessarie per accoglierci al meglio. Il top è stata l'accoglienza: al nostro arrivo ci aspettavano dei dolcetti e un succo di frutta: abbiamo gradito moltissimo la gentilezza! Altro elemento molto importante è stata la presenza di due ventilatori e di un deumidificatore: l'abbiamo trovata una giusta premura, dati i giorni bollenti dell'estate, anche se l'appartamento era fresco e non c'è stato bisogno di usarli.

I vicini di casa: rumorosi e accaniti fumatori, tanto che il fumo spesso e entrava nell'appartamento.

I appreciate the distance to the metro U6 and U4 and Tiefgarage Reschgasse | APCOA in the next street. The groceries were also close. We were pleased with the fans in the room, because the weather was hot. The apartment had several windows and could be ventilated crosswise. I liked that the owner placed several information brochures about attractions in the area. There were several playgrounds and even a local swimming pool around the apartment.

The only thing I was missing was a mat for when you get out of the shower, a microwave, and information about the neighboring swimming pool. No major flaws. I recommend it.

Renovation is really needed. At least a cleaning paint.
