8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
I've stayed at Vienna Stay several times in the past. My primary factors for choosing the apartment were: 1) location, 2) air conditioning, and 3) a clothes washer. The location is convenient for visiting family in the neighborhood. The air conditioning and clothes washer both work well. The apartments, while relatively spartan (limited utensils, no microwave or dishwasher), are a good compromise between price and comfort.
Lack of flexibility around check-in.

The place is well-equipped. Amenities, including the bathroom and the toilet, looked new and well-designed. The washing machine was an asset for a family trip during a heat wave.
Technically, the place was well-equipped, clean, and matched the details provided by the hosts. Yet it lacked the minimal charm that would have made our stay truly pleasant. In retrospect, the location was a bit too far from the U-Bahn and S-Bahn.

Excellent location, as well as super nice staff, they were very friendly and super helpful when we needed to make changes by adding one more person.
The air conditioning is a bit loud on the twin bed room.
