The place is well-equipped. Amenities, including the bathroom and the toilet, looked new and well-designed. The washing machine was an asset for a family trip during a heat wave.
Technically, the place was well-equipped, clean, and matched the details provided by the hosts. Yet it lacked the minimal charm that would have made our stay truly pleasant. In retrospect, the location was a bit too far from the U-Bahn and S-Bahn.

Excellent location, as well as super nice staff, they were very friendly and super helpful when we needed to make changes by adding one more person.
The air conditioning is a bit loud on the twin bed room.

We had a great stay. The property was very clean, with a nice modern layout and everything felt well maintained. The location was excellent—just a short walk to Schönbrunn Palace and Meidling Station, making it easy to explore the city and get around. We’d happily stay here again.
A couple of small suggestions for improvement: the dining room chairs felt quite flexible, so we asked our teens to sit upright rather than lean back because we were concerned they might break. It would also have been helpful to have clear instructions on the bin and recycling system.

We stayed in the 2-bed apartment with 1 double and 2 single beds. It was located on the ground floor, facing the street (not noisy). It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was a short (15min) walk from Meidling train station and also within easy walking distance of Schonbrunn Palace. There are several small supermarkets very close by (Lidl, Billa etc.)
The photos of the apartment are accurate, but I didn't notice that there was no sofa (there is only a dining table in the living area). This meant it was not very comfortable when we returned to the apartment in the evenings. The kitchen was adequate for our needs - 2 plate electric hob, basic utensils, crockery etc. - but provision of basic cooking supplies would have made a big difference e.g. cooking oil
