Apartment Bilici GmbH

This apartment was cozy for our family - I loved that one bedroom had a door and privacy. The A/C worked well - but we couldn't enjoy it in the back bedroom with the door closed. The washing machine for the clothes worked really well, and was a lifesaver for our trip! We utilized the kitchen a lot on our trip (several supermarkets within walking distance), and loved using the dishwasher and hot water kettle. Everything was clean, well organized, and our family was able to function well for several days. The host family was really kind and responsive, and provided plenty of information on amenities in the surrounding areas.

I liked that there was a curtain to separate the table from the 2nd bed. It would be great if there was another curtain at the foot of the second bed so they could have privacy and the sofa area could still be used. The decor was totally themed, but we needed to move quite a few things to make the space more usable. After moving them, the space was great for a family traveling for about a week.

Great accommodation fur such good price and in a great location. You can walk to the zoo and the technical museum. There are a couple of metro stations to the center. The apartment had two separate rooms, a kitchen with everything, shower room and toilet. It was very nice when the owners took care of the details - namely shower products, shampoo, salt, oil, tea, coffee, fruit and sweets. It's very nice and pleasant. Thank you for everything!!

+ Everything was nice. Especially the fact that it was very close to metro station. The lady's son helped us park the car for 5 mins in front of the apartment and also helped us going upstairs with the luggage. We eventually parked the car at P&R Hutteldorf, because it was cheaper (23 euro/week) and we anyway also took a week ticket for metro (for 25 euros) with which we had unlimited metro rides, but there's also a parking on the other side of the street where it's 10euro/day. - There were multiple coffee machines in the apartment, the one using coffee beans makes weak coffee, but fortunately there's another one which is using capsules which makes good coffee.

The heating and WiFi work well. Kitchen was well equipped though the kettle and cooking pot were well used and worn out. Nice touch to provide coffee capsules. Clear instructions for self-check in. Very helpful hosts. Near to train station but it required a change to another line from the main station.

Very challenging to climb two flights of stairs to get to the apartment especially with heavy luggage. Shower cubicle was extremely small with an ultra sensitive tap which was often too hot or too cold. It was very difficult to control the water temperature when showering. There wasn’t any ledge for our toiletries when showering. It was difficult for family of 4 to use the single bathroom. Towels had a musky smell. Washing machine doesn’t have a dry function though we managed to dry them on the racks.
