Πραγματικά ήταν όλα τέλεια!!!Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!Έως κ 4 άτομα μένουν άνετα!!!!

Refurbished apartment, with superb bathroom and well-equipped kitchen (including a great coffee machine!). Close to the U-Bahn (metro) and the Meidlinger Markt. The host was quick to reply and offered solutions to our enquiries.

Longer stays (we stayed 5 nights) should include a cleaning service. This would probably reduce the presence of ants in the apartment (which are probably usual because we saw ant traps). As it is usual in Austria, there are no proper window shutters (just thick curtains), and light enters the apartment in the early morning.

The apartment is clean modern and close to supermarkets, the U-bahn and restaurants. The bathroom is very nice and there is a separate toilet also which was a pleasant surprise as I did not see that in the photos. Communication was good with the property manager but as she is looking after so many she did not know which one we were in. We were there for a month and asked for extra linen and it was provided a few days later.

It had underfloor heating that was not consistent in all rooms and did not work in the bedroom. You could not see the temperature as there were no figures on the dial. There was no rug as per the photo, no plug for the kitchen sink. No mop or broom and no extra linen. It is VERY noisy and you can hear everything from the adjoining apartments that were also for short term rental. When you or the neighbors turn on any water taps in the apartment or flush the toilet, the shower water gets scalding hot. There is only very basic kitchen items so not recommended for a long stay but great for short term if you just want to eat and sleep there. Although I did buy some cooking items so it should better now lol. There is no manual for the combined oven/microwave so that was tough to work out as we do not have things like that in our country.

There were ants in the apt, and after a shower there was a flood
