Premium Apartment for 4 near Westbahnhof & Mariahilfer Strasse

We spent our evening on the balcony with a bottle of wine, watching Vienna slow down for the night, and that pretty much set the tone for the whole trip. Small moments like that are what stayed with us long after we left. Check-in was smooth and easy, everything explained clearly beforehand so we could just walk in and relax. The apartment itself felt clean and well cared for, a proper bedroom, a comfortable living space, the kind of place where you actually want to linger over a slow morning together rather than rush out the door. The kitchen made mornings easy, coffee and something simple before heading out hand in hand to explore. Dining area meant a couple of quiet dinners in, which somehow felt more special. Fresh air, a quiet moment together in the balcony before diving back into the city, evenings that felt unhurried in a way city trips rarely allow.

The location is relatively good—about a 30-minute walk from the city center. Check-in was easy using a door code. Clean rooms.

There were several minor but annoying issues: the Wi-Fi was slow (measured 10 Mbps/1 Mbps), the kitchen tap was not secured properly and kept moving, and the electric stove was not powerful enough, so boiling water took a long time. The shower cubicle was also quite small. The apartment appears to have been created by dividing a larger apartment into two, so the layout feels somewhat awkward and does not fully resemble a self-contained apartment.

amplasarea este excelenta, confortabil, foarte aproape de puncte de interes si transport in comun, magazine in apropiere, sistemul de acces digital este extrem de util si eficient pentru check-in, comunicarea initiala a fost ok..., fara zgomot.

locul are nevoie de imbunatatiri, anumite uzuri, lipsesc o parte din consumabilele de baza, lipsa aerului conditionat reprezinta un disconfort major in zilele caniculare, comunicarea a fost ok la inceput insa ulterior am simtit lipsa ei deoarece nu am fost contactati daca am ajuns in regula si daca totul este ok pentru noi ( bateriile sistemului de acces erau pe terminate si oricand puteam ramane blocati afara)

The location was good. However, the pictures suggested there was more of a division between the living/eating areas and sleeping area - in fact, there was just a thin curtain. Also the shower flooded over.

The lack of clarity in the pictures of the apartment. The apartment block was very rundown and the common areas were dirty and uncared for;. Also in the apartment itself the armchairs were quite badly stained.
