We especially liked the atmosphere of the place. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was exceptionally clean, with a very spacious bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. There was also plenty of useful additional information about Vienna provided in brochures, including a metro map, recommended restaurants in the neighborhood and the historic center, and other helpful tips. The high-speed internet was excellent. Everything was arranged with great attention to detail. The host was truly caring and attentive. She contacted us before our trip, stayed in touch, and was genuinely interested in making sure our arrival and check-in were smooth and comfortable. She organized our welcome and ensured everything went perfectly upon arrival. Later, she personally met with us, warmly greeted us, and provided additional information whenever we had questions about Vienna. She also supplied extra coffee capsules for the coffee machine upon our request. The location is very convenient and well connected. There are nearby metro and tram stops, as well as a train station within easy reach, making it very easy to get around the city and beyond. Overall, we never felt like we were in a different place — it truly felt like home.

Apartamento amplio, muy bien equipado y muy limpio. A 20 minutos en tranvía del centro de Viena. Zona tranquila pero con sitios de ocio, restaurantes y tiendas alrededor. La anfitriona muy agradable. El olor a limpio de sábanas y toallas es realmente llamativo. Muy recomendable.

This was one of the best places we stayed in during our many times of travelling. It was not about luxury or anything like this, though the apartment sure is comfortable. The decisive factor was the attention to detail from Cristina, the landlord. It could be noticed in the way the apartment is well equipped, but also in the little gestures, like a personal welcome and remembering to provide is for public parking slips for the final two hours of our stay on Monday :-). The place is also very well located, especially if you are visiting Vienna for a concert at the Stadthalle, which is 3 minutes away on foot.

The bed mattresses could be a bit more comfortable, they seem a bit worn out.
