Ottima posizione, zona verde e silenziosa.
Il bagno necessita di ristrutturazione, doccia nella vasca non si può appendere il doccino.
Due armadietti della cucina rotti.
Piccoli accorgimenti che renderebbero ancora più piacevole il soggiorno.

Big apartment located on the hills up the city of Genova. Comfortable bed in the bedroom and nice little terrace. Second floor with a lift. Good communication with Gaia, the host. Private parking lot reserved for the apartment. Access to center of town via funicular, the station being about 15 minutes away by foot. Great views of the city on the way.
Far from the city center but I was expecting it and the availability of a parking for our rental car was a decisive factor. Older building so expect some noise from neighbors. Supermarket at a walking distance but expect to climb some stairs so not a good choice for those guests with reduced mobility. A coffee machine would be a great addition. Bathtub with a shower head which is difficult to position without spraying water everywhere. But all together, a good choice for a family of four and we were only two adults.

Die Lage inklusive Parkplatz sind perfekt für Genua! Auch wenn man ca. 15 Minuten zur Schrägseilbahn braucht, ist man schnell in der Altstadt. Zu Fuß sind die Entfernungen und Anstrengungen allerdings nur für wirklich Gämsen zu empfehlen. Der Ticketkauf für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel hat mit der App leider nicht funktioniert, da die Bezahlung seitens der App abgelehnt wurde.
Die Wohnung ist im zweiten Lift-Stock gelegen, sehr geräumig und komplett ausgestattet.
Weniger gefallen hat uns das in die Jahre gekommene Badezimmer und der mangelhafte Wasserdruck der Dusche. Auch ist mir schleierhaft, wie man die Toilette und das Bidet derart eng und im 90-Grad-Winkel anordnen kann.
Auch ist zu erwähnen, dass die Wohnung sehr hellhörig ist - während der Ruhezeiten gab es allerdings keinen Lärm.
