Arsenale Turin Rooms

Super situation, proche du centre, proche des transports avec plein de places pour se garer autour (bon, ok au 15 août la ville est vide et les parkings gratuits, mais tout de même !). Et la clim était fonctionnelle 😄

Rien que je puisse reprocher à la chambre que nous avions loué.

A központi, mégis csendes elhelyezkedés tetszett. Kiváló bázis Torino környékének felfedezésére is vonattal (pl.: Sauze d'Oulx, Ceresole Reale (Grand Paradiso National Park.) Klíma, wifi, hűtő, és kávékészítési lehetőség. :) Kiváló, gyors kommunikáció, kapcsolattartás. Köszönjük.

la posizione è ottima, equidistante dalla stazione di Porta Nuova ed il centro, vicino a diverse sedi della stessa catena di supermercati.

- Il fatto che il letto per nostra figlia di 10 anni fosse in un divanoLetto matrimoniale; per evitare di riaprirlo ogni sera, lasciarlo aperto era impossibile perché lo spazio per accedere all'unico armadio era risicato; avere 4 posti in totale con poco spazio è scomodo, io avrei messo un semplice letto singolo invece del divano senza poterci nemmeno guardare la tv (è posizionato di fronte alla porta per la camera). - Mancava l'occorrente per la colazione, ma alla nostra segnalazione ci sono state fornite capsule per la colazione senza lo zucchero; per la bambina nemmeno una confezione di biscotti o del cacao, quindi colazione per 2 occupanti su tre paganti. - Un ulteriore difetto è non aver avuto nemmeno una piccola scopa: non che io volessi fare grandi pulizie ma, per un soggiorno di 4 gg con uso di cucina, è naturale che (avendo solo tovagliette per apparecchiare) cadano briciole a terra oppure si accumuli polvere sul pavimento della camera. Nel piccolo balcone c'è l'occorrente per stendere, mi aspetto anche il minimo per raccogliere polvere e briciole.

The room is very comfortable overall and was in a fantastic location. Everything in the city was very accessible and the room was also very quiet. You couldn't hear much street noise or noise from the other guests. A good choice for a few days in Turin.

It was difficult to access the property as you have to go through a lot of gates and doors with different codes. I wasn't sent a room number before check-in so we had to call and wait for someone to respond to my messages. You aren't given a key so each time you return home you have to put in a code to get a key to unlock a door to access the hallway, just to add another code for your room. I think it'll be much better to have the hallway door accessible by keypad or a key should be provided for each guest. Some of the facilities were not ideal. For example, our shower tap handle was broken so it was a hassle to use the shower. Important to note that this didn't affect the water pressure or temperature. We also had instructions to clean dishes but weren't given any dishwashing liquid or a sponge. Some things could definitely be improved to make this stay a 10/10. A good stay overall but accessing the property and those facility issues were a bit of a hassle.
