Good location bad maintenance

Not a great stay, luckily it was for the last days of our trip so didn't completely ruin everything.

Good location in what we thought would have been a quieter part of Belgrade.

Where to start. The room was way too small for 2 adults, we barely had enough space for 2 open suitcases. The sloped ceiling meant bumped heads often, The stairs up are dangerous with narrow steps and no handrail for the last part. Walls are covered in splatted insects, the mosquitoes were a constant problem. The bathroom was a bit run down, needs a refurb and the extractor fan didn't work. Noise, the place is next to bars and clubs that run until 02:30 at which point the drunks are kicked out and noise carries on for at least another hour. The walls in the building are so thin you can hear everything from the next rooms, and I mean everything.

Good value, clean, spacious, on a pleasant street with ambiance

Good location in Zemun, with restaurants, cafes, shops , bakeries right there, and the promenade on the Danube round the corner. A pleasant walk/cycle to city centre, or easy bus journey.

Overall a satisfactory stay, great value for money - you get what you pay for.

Great value for money, good location in Zemun Area of Belgrade with nearby cafes, shops and bus stop. it is not in the city centre but you can easily get a public transportation to reach there. You can even go for a walk around Danube river. air conditioned room, hot and cold water in the toilet. there is a common kitchen as well with refrigerator where you can keep your items inside. Host is super nice and quick to respond & help.

the room is not big but it's alright to accomodate a solo traveller with a suitcase, however this is already mentioned in the description of the room. there were mosquitoes in the room, however the host was kind enough to respond at night and send the mosquito repellant. there was no sink in the toilet but i think this was also mentioned in the description of the room and wasn't too big a deal for me.

Nice little guesthouse

Nice guesthouse, good value for money. The host was kind and receptive and happy to help. Bathrooms were clean, units all had AC. Location was good, lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Can recommend this for a short stay. :)

The rooms are large and spacious. Obviously it was comfortable, the only problem is to use itobus to go to the city Belgrad. I will stay again when I come to Serbia:) Air conditioning hot water and the bed was great the owner of the accommodation was very helpful... Thanks for everything🙏

Basic, quite decent downtown Zemun place

Very nice location, beautiful downtown pedestrian Zemun area, basic but nice and adequate , some minor issues, see bellow, but still quite decent and recommend

Difficult to find, several entrances sharing same address, impossible to find parking during afternoon check in time, had to park further away at paid underground garage, overnight parking 15000 RSD-aprox 12 euros. It would be nice if there was night side table lamp

Property meets expectations, but check-in process needs improvement.

No breakfast (that’s fine) The main problem was I wouldn’t have gotten in if the bar man next door hadn’t opened it. It’s an electronic lock with a PIN code. The manager actually emailed me the PIN at about 3PM the day of arrival. Unfortunately, I didn’t have internet access after I left the airport. If they’d sent instructions in the morning, it would’ve been OK, but by waiting till the last minute it nearly caused a big problem. Many thanks to the kind bar man!

Ήταν αρκετά οικονομικό

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν αρκετά μικρό και όχι ιδιαίτερα καθαρό… ιδιαίτερα το μπάνιο μύριζε περίεργα και το νερό επίσης… ενώ ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και καλός καλο θα ήταν να φτιαχτούν κάποια πράγμα τα για να ξανά προτιμηθεί

Локация, вид из окна очень красивый. Из удобств в комнате для одного человека все отлично. Есть общая кухня со все необходимым. Для тех, кому нужно переночевать и что-то приготовить - хороший вариант

Подниматься на второй этаж по крутой лестнице с чемоданом не очень удобно. Был странный момент с заселением, номер заняла другая девушка, и отказывалась выходить. Владелец уладил момент, принес запасное белье. Сказал, что такое у него впервые, но я была уставшая с дороги, поэтому вся ситуация была неприятной и странной

Прекрасное расположение у центре Земуна. Рядом кафе и магазины. Есть мини общая кухня, где можно сделать кофе чай и завтрак

Комары. Но в номере был фумигатор и две пластины для него 👍, поэтому насекомые не помешали

Trevligt med bra läge

Ett väldigt prisvärt och bekvämt guesthouse som är fantastiskt bra beläget några meter från restauranger och caféer. Zemun är väldigt trevligt och lugnt samtidigt som det går gratisbussar in till Belgrad om man inte vill ta en långpromenad längs Donau. Boendet var väldigt prisvärt med bekväm säng och tillgång till ett kök. Trevlig ägare

Dobar mali smeštaj na odličnoj lokaciji u samom srcu starog Zemuna. Odličan domaćin, jako ljubazan. Udoban krevet. Jako dobar odnos kvaliteta i cene.

Soba traži dodatno pretežno estetsko sređivanje. Mala je i u potkrovlju. Nedostaje lavabo u kupatilu.

Posizione perfetta in area non turistica, sopra una piazza piena di bar e a pochi passi dal lungofiume. Per questo, molto consigliato. Prezzo molto basso. Consigliamo all'host di chiedere i documenti agli ospiti in fase di prenotazione così sa chi dorme nella stanza, e di concordare meglio con l'ospite le modalità di pagamento.

La stanza n.2 è più vecchia di come appare in foto, specialmente il bagno. Non è citato che manca il lavabo, ed è scomodo lavarsi i denti nella doccia. In bagno c'è un forte odore di umido. Pareti molto sottili, si sente qualsiasi rumore degli altri ospiti (non si sente invece rumore dai bar sotto)
