This is near the national theater, hence the name. Many cafe, pub, street food, pedestrian streets, etc all around. Very central to downtown, with everything in walking distance and trolley, bus, light rail system is apparently free of charge, which I found out after arriving. Easy to get back and forth to the airport and major transport hubs. The hostel is a flat/apartment above Queens Pub.
