Nice position, far from center but out of traffic Public transports are free Air condition helped with august high temperature Nice to have a small place to sit and eat outside of your room

Cosy,quiet apartments with great location

Amazing location, very friendly owner, safe and quiet while close to shops, restaurants, Danube. The closeby Bosiljak Pizza Napoletana is a must if you like Italian pizza. I do recommend this place!

Parking was a bit of a challenge but after all there is always a place to leave your car at. Nothing else I did not like:) Maybe a mosquito net would be nice on the windows.

Lovely stay in Belgrade!

Our stay at Hostel Ruler was super cozy! Alexander was great and always available, and even upgraded our room! The location is so calm and quiet and has sweet cats nearby! The river and big park is just a few minutes walk from the hostel and it's wonderful. Would stay again! Thank you very much!🩷

Pretty good location, grocery in 1 minute walk.

Room was very cold. Ac worked on a heat, but generated warm concentrated on ceil, floor was cold. The host give us a heater, but it was veary noisy to stay on for a night. The ancient mattress and his springs will hurt you back, it better to throw it away ASAP.

При стирке используйте ополаскиватель, а лучше поменять уже старые подушки и белье

Рядом с остановкой и адекватная цена. Хозяин очень вежлив и говорит на русском, делает белый картон. Телевизор большой и есть ютуб. Быстрый интернет.

Холодно, кондей работает с перебоями. Плохо пахнут латексные подушки и белье.

Piccolo appartamento con tutto il necessario a pochi passi da Zemun. Personale dispobile ed accogliente. Servizi presenti in zona

Nota negativa c'era un po' di odore di muffa, secondo me perché era un piano interrato, non una cosa insormontabile, inoltre probabilmente si potevano aprire le finestre ma essendo insettofobica e con il fatto che le finestre erano al livello di un prato non era minimamente fattibile! 😅

Ok objekat za kratki boravak

Objekat je ok za kraci boravak, nista nije lose ali takodje nije ni super, cisto OK. Krevet je udoban, posteljina cista, generalno djeluje pristojno cisto. Soba sadrzi sve sto vam je potrebno, tv, klimu, fen za kosu, mali stolic i dvije stolice, samo je sve zaista prilicno stisnuto u prostoru i taj dio kvari dojam da bih mogao dati bolju ocjenu od ove. U biti ulozeno dobijeno, to je to, za ovaj novac se ne moze ni ocekivati vise, kednostavno vrijedi koliko je i naplaceno.

Soba je zaista mala, jedva ima mjesta za kretati se oko kreveta, kupatilo takodje i to su najvece mane ovog objekta. Domacin je OK, imao je neku sahranu kad smo dolazili pa je mozda zbog toga izostalo malo vise pristupacnosti, da se mi kao gosti osjecamo zaista dobro doslo, ali OK, razumijemo i situaciju pa je to mozda samo takav momenat. Parking je izazov, parkira se u ulicici iznad objekta, sto ne ulijeva sigurnost, niti vam garantuje da cete po povratku u objekat imati mjesto za parkiranje. Doduse, vlasnik je prvi dan ponudio da pomjeri svoje vozilo kako bi mi parkirali, ali to parking mjesto je udaljeno od objekta i nije pokriveno sigurnosnim sistemima da bi se automobil mogao bezbrizno ostaviti.
