Bad smell. Terrifing entrance

We could leave our luggage at the reception after the check out

The location is not very bad- it is about 15-17 minutes by walk, but the entrance to the apartments is similar to what you see in horror movies (I always expected for a rat or someone to jump in front). Also, the smell from the bathroom is so strong that is almost unbearable to stay in the room.

We are fond of Beograd, its rhythm, local food, culture and accomodations- and certainly people.

This hostel is located in an absolutely central part of the city, in the Old city, with all advantages and disadvantages; namely, closeness to the city center, events, embankments of the rivers, places of interest, shopping centers. restaurants, coffee shops and likewise, but also it is a noisy place with often dilapidated buildings and problems, connected to that.

A traveler should be aware of the place with big contrasts.

We were treated very rudely once the staff realized we were Turkish — they mocked us and behaved in a humiliating and disrespectful way, with clear racist undertones. The building entrance was terrifying and had a terrible smell; walking up the stairs made us feel like throwing up. The room was extremely small and dirty. There was no attention to cleanliness or hygiene. Although we reserved a room with 3 beds, there was only 1 bed and a couch. The towels provided for showering were dirty and extremely rough. There was no shower head, and no shampoo or soap was provided in the bathroom.

Nothing really

First of all, there was no one at the reception and only a note that said that we should knock on door 10 was there. We did knock and a man opened the door wearing only his underwear… He quickly put some clothes on, we paid him and went inside of our room. As soon as we walked in, a bunch of bugs scattered around it. The floor was dirty, the bathroom too, and we couldn’t even take a shower since the water pressure was so low and that water was flaming hot. The property is located next to a bunch of night clubs so it was loud and the entry looks like it came out of a horror movie. We only stayed for the night but were considering leaving as soon as we arrived. I do not recommend anyone going.

Window did not lock Holes in the sheets and pillowcases WiFi did not work at all, either network, for the entire time we were there Generally a bit grungy - rugs still had hair and other fibres stuck in them Shower/bathroom were very grimy, shower head was half broken and you couldn’t put it hooked to the wall, you had to hold it We had to check out a day early and could not find anyone at the desk to speak to about how to do that - we didn’t want a refund but wanted to know if anything was needed and could not find any staff and received no reply when I sent a message through booking.com (still have received no reply)

The location wasn't bad, however moat of the way to the center is at an incline

About a third of the floor was caved in, kind of like a sink hole, it was noticable because the furniture was slanted. There was no light in the bathroom. There weren't any decent windows in our particular room. There was no elevator (its only on the third floor though). There were cracks along the walls and quite a few cigarette burns on the couch. The "kitchen" is a musty minifridge. There was no one at the reception until the morning we left and the host wasn't picking anyone's calls up or answering any messages, i heard other guests had trouble reaching her too. Not to mention the walls were paper thin, we could hear everything our neighbours were saying/doing...

Worst place I’ve ever been to

I didn’t like anything it was horrible

There was no receptionist the the whole time we were there, no one to greet us and help us, barely any communication, dirty bed, dirty pillows, no bedding only given one bedsheet to cover 2 people with which was dusty. Whole room covered in dust I am asthmatic and have heart issues I had trouble breathing the whole time there’s no sight of any cleaner. Wanted to pay at reception was told to pay the cleaner the money for my room which I’m not going to do because I need to pay by card. Not worth the price at all I feel very disrespected how my mother and I were treated. No one would meet us would only receive a message once every 20 hours in the whole 2 days I was there and there’s insects everywhere and everything smells of damp and couldn’t even get any toilet paper asked for extra pillows and bedding and was given 1 pillow to share

Un disastro totale.

La posizione perché vicina al centro e alla movida di Belgrado. L' unica cosa che salviamo. Tutto il resto da insufficienza grave.

A parte la posizione, tutto il resto non mi è piaciuto. L' accesso alla struttura da film horror, terribile; sembrava di accedere al tunnel della morte. Il proprietario la cosa che mi è piaciuta di meno in assoluto: scortese, imbarazzante, maleducato. Fumava dentro la struttura rendendo il clima inrespirabile. Gli abbiamo chiesto di farci un piccolo favore, ossia una call col suo telefono e ci ha maltrattati. Un vero e proprio maleducato irrispettoso. Lo sconsiglio a chiunque.

Se aude noaptea muzica foarte tare de la cluburile din fata locației. Se aude din camerele din jur, nu ai intimitate. Accesul spre locație pare din filmele horror. Raportat calitate/preț, poate mai just era un preț la jumătate.

Да започнем от входа на хотела-тъмен и подтискащ коридор. Моята стая беше на 4 етаж и прозорците гледаха към стълбите, които бяха остъклени и нямаше прозорец, който да се отваря!!! Нямаше климатик, а само вентилатор, е как се спи на шум от вентилатор?? На всичкото отгоре там се пушеше, независимо, че имаше табели Забранено пушенето, и тази миризма влизаше в моята стая без да мога да се проветря!!! Защо единичните стаи са толкова "Прецакани", та ни даже плащаме повече от двойните стаи!!! С две думи - не бих повторила, не бих и препоръчала!!!

Zdecydowanie odstrasza wejście do hotelu, jakbym widziała zdjecia to bym sie nie zdecydowała, wchodząc do bramy klatki nawet nie wiem jak to ująć ma się wrażenie jakby wchodziło się do "piekła", Zamówiłam pokój dla 4 osób ( dwie dorosłe osoby) i dzieci 13 i 18 lat więc już nie takie małe dostaliśmy pokój 3 osobowy, przyjaciele zamówili pokój dla 3 osób dostali 2 osobowy, także chyba taka polityka firmy. Trochę nieuczciwe podejście

iki yataklı teknoda istedim ve tek yataklı ayarlanmış. Gidince düzeltilmesi için uğraştım. Resepsiyondaki kişi kaba davranıyor ve ingilizcesi yeterli değil. Klima yoktu ve isteyince bağırarak karşılık verdiler. Resepsiyondaki görevlinin ingilizcesi yeterli değil ve sürekli yüksek sesle yerel dil kullanıyor. Anlaşmak çok zor oldu.

Die Lage war grundsätzlich gut. Der Empfang vom Mitarbeiter war freundlich und informativ.

Es war brütend heiß in dem Zimmer. Eine Klimaanlage gab es nicht, sondern nur einen Ventilator, der kaum geholfen hat. Die Betten haben bei der kleinsten Bewegung geknarrt ohne Ende. Offensichtlich haben wir das am schlechtesten ausgerüstete Zimmer erwischt, aber das sollte man zwingend nachrüsten.

Non venite qui, soprattutto nella stanza singola numero 4

La posizione e la possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio gratuitamente in reception qualche ora oltre al check out (anche se era libero in reception).

Qui l'elenco: - lenzuola rovinate e rotte (in allegato le immagini); - il bagno puzzava di muffa; - ho chiesto più volte assistenza tramite un messaggio su booking prima dell'arrivo senza mai ricevere risposte; - il letto pessimo, appena ci si muoveva faceva sempre rumore; - ingresso nella struttura pessimo e rovinato; - la mia stanza (numero 4) aveva le finestre che affacciavano sul corridoio. Non esisteva una persiana ma solo una tendina. Ogni volta che qualcuno arrivava di notte si sentiva forte e la luce del corridoio accesa dava fastidio perché illuminava la mia stanza (la tenda non copriva la luce).

Konumu mükemmeldi. Lobideki hanımefendi bize baya yardımcı oldu. Check in saatinden önce oteldeydik ve bizi odamıza aldı. Otelden ayrılırkende birkaç saat valizlerimizi otele bırakmamıza izin verdi. Kaldığımız dairede baya büyüktü ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Sadece otelin girişi biraz garip onun dışında mükemmel bir konaklamaydı.
