Lovely, clean room in an amazing location

Excellent location! The room was clean and comfortable. The check in was really easy and the staff were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Ideal little comfortable room for solo travelers

Perfect little room at the heart of the city center 2 min close to shopping mall and all the other attractions.

worth for the price?

The room must clean. Everything is well prepared. The building is in very nice spot. The room is modern. Inside of the building is also really nice.

although almost everything is nearly perfect what I really do not like about this is room is very, very small actually, especially when you are 2 in room It is a little bit claustrophobic to sleep together because there is a nearly no room. I mean no space to turn right or left because the bat is limited with bathroom glass on the left and limited with wall itself on the right. So if you decided to turn right to sleep or turn left to sleep, there is no room for a space to sleep effectively. Everything is almost nearly perfect, but bed. So if you want to sleep as 2 person one must be upside down.

Nice room to stay, but be prepared to not have receptionist

Location is great and the rooms are comfortable

There is no reception staff. Period. It is bizare. They have a reception but no staff whatsoever at the place. It made things a little complicated when I needed to talk to someone.During my whole stay I can't remember seeing any staff there.

Very good and kind staff. The room is small, but this is clearly stated on the booking, so there are no surprises. The staff was always willing to assist and readily available. They genuinely care about their customers, which makes all the difference during your stay. The property also has the best location—just step outside, and you’re right in the heart of the city centre.

I wish I had stayed couple of blocks away at a regular hotel instead

Location is closer to the active pedestrian street near the fortress.

Very small room - about 7 feet x 12 feet, including the bathroom area. The bed was wedged between a side wall and shower door - not possible to rool off the bed to either side. Window facing active ongoing construction site, noise started around 7:30am. No hot water for day and a half.

The hotel is very nice and located in the city center. Very clean and close to any shops or restaurants. It is really small, but for a short stay fits very well.

Consider that there is no internet, there are several networks, but I could not check even my emails.

The staff was friendly, and the room is clean. The price is very good considering the location.

It is well known that it is a very small room, and that is okay. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning, which is quite inconvenient for such a small space because you cannot open the window due to a noisy pub downstairs.

Everything was PERFECT! Booking it for next stay!

Property was very clean and stuff was very nice at reception! They managed to give me longer stay for same price when i asked due to some personal reasons and my parking spot was prolonged too! I am booking same place for my next stay at Belgrade!

Lovely place, great staff

Great hotel, recommend it. The entrance is under the umbrella art installation. Great location close to castle and park and in the thick of bistros, restaurants and shopping centre. I had room L1 - probably the smallest. Cosy room, glass bathroom, good shower, hot water, secure, excellent bed, quiet enough. Great reception area, Ana was brilliant communicator and arranged cab to airport.

Only two small observations; the music in reception can be heard at night (could be turned down a little) and the outside of the shower has crumbling damp patch which needs repair.

Great location, sparkling clean

The hotels location is excellent! A lot of attractions, restaurants, shops is in a walking distance. Staff was amazing, really friendly and helpful. Also the room was sparkling clean. Maybe someone will find this funny, but in all hotels I have been in, the towels have a bad smell, while these ones smell on clean and had fresh scent! I adored that!

As it name says the rooms are really small, so if you have a problem with small places maybe this hotel would not suit you.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean, and its location is excellent in the heart of the city, close to transportation, and the staff is very helpful, as they allowed me to check out late, as well as ironing clothes, and they contacted me via WhatsApp immediately after confirming the reservation

As a simple note, it is possible to provide more toiletries, as well as improve TV channels so that they are more as well, and provide a one-time free bottle of drinking water

Book only if you are shorter than 170 cm

Central location, safe and close to many restaurants and bars.

Overall, it is good value for money. But if you are taller than 170 cm, you may feel uncomfortable since the mini room is really tiny. So if you are a solo traveler who is not that big, perfect. If not, you should really think about upgrading your room. Additionally, a locker or wardrobe would be really nice, but because it is a mini room, there is no space left for such a thing. You may feel claustrophobic if you are not used to living in small apartments.

Good

Great location (lots of restaurants and shops nearby), new, clean and fully equipped rooms. The hotel can provide a transfer from/to the airport, and I highly recommend you to get that! The price is reasonable and it is a very convenient service indeed.

The rooms are very small and you can’t really get any privacy in the bathroom because the blinds don’t work properly. I do really like the hotel, but would recommend to stay here if you’re traveling solo.

Poor

Great location and wonderful staff.

The L1 room was ridiculous. Some of the other rooms look nice. The airport transfer drivers are all very nice but they do charge twice the going rate for airport pickup or drop off. There was a large glass enclosure in the bathroom that took up 60% of the room. The bed was stuffed between the wall and the bathroom so there was no way to open the outside window, there was no side tables, it was a small double bed not queen, and when you rolled over you hit either the glass of the bathroom or the outside wall. There was only a small spot about one meter to crawl into the bed. The bed was surrounded by walks on all four sides with only a small 1 m space to crawl into the bed. There was no room whatsoever for luggage. We had two small carry-ons and they had to be put on the floor to be opened which took up the whole floor space. Great location but harrid little room. L1 is bad room. We were extremely lucky that the bar on the main floor was shut down for Christmas. I did not know that at the time of booking but the bar runs until 1:30 a.m. and it would be booming loud. The light switches had no covers on them when we were just a bear electrical outlet by the door. Nothing by the bed for lighting. I would not stay in this room again but may consider the hotel another rooms.

1) Light noise during night, from the restaurant at the front and some machinery running at the back 2) the rooms are located on a pedestrian alley so you have to carry your baggage to/from the parking/street, about 200-300 m away.
